He will run out of the wild cat, thats it.He will be awesome at the wildcat, he will be a great athlete, will will do good at any position he plays, just not quarterback.

Yes,is that a problem mister.

So future you want to see jarrett lee throw to russell shepard?

Ill take RS in that one.
yea have you ever heard of Big east, yea me neither..What has pat white done this year?
I do not play quarterback you douche, But if i did,i could probably beat out russell shepsard. He has me in the forty and that's about it.But seriously, he will not be a quarterback....bottomline.
You people so far up Russell Shepards arse that you are blinded by how "great" of a quarterback he really is, he do so much more for LSU is he were just a WR. If you honestly think that he will be a quarerback at Louisiana State University, you need to open your goddamn eyes.
You have to be a subscriber to watch. Skylar green, quarterback in high school,Hines ward, quarterback in high school, isaah stanback, quarterback in high school. College career, great WR-athletes.

OK, we play Alabama once, and hes a great athlete, no doubt, that doesn't mean he's a quarterback, I'm just saying he'd have more success at WR-CB,no one can honestly say that he will be a quarterback in the SEC.
The film says it all. It's JJ's spot to lose.

Russel Sheppard,overrated?

Russel Sheppard will start next year?If you go to his film on espn, where hes ranked 1st, he throws the ball once and he misses a man wide open.He can definitely run,we cannot keep him off the field. He said he'd play any pos. so why not WR or CB? He will never be a quarterback at LSU. On most of is passes, he rolls out, waits for the zone to break then lobs it to a guy wide open, then he makes one move and that's it. That will not happen in the SEC. OH, in his espn film, he does not score one touchdown the entire film.

2 YEARS....JJ IS THE BEST QUARTERBACK IN THE SEC POSSIBLY NATION,GUARANTEE IT...

IF YOU DON'T THINK JJ COULD PUT UP THE NUMBERS PRIOR DOES PLAYING AGAINST POO arse frickING DEFENCES IN THE BIG 10 YOU ARE AN ABSOLUTE IDIOT AND SHOULD MOST LIKELY BE SHOT AND KILLED.

re: JJ is just.....

ok,you obviously know how hard the defences in the big ten are, jarret lee would have better stats at ohio state than prior would. How is he nore talented? JJ has always played against better compitition, he has played in 3 games and gave us hope to win everyone one, prior has played in all and could acually walk to the endzone against those joke defences.

re: JJ is just.....

Tyrelle prior has no and had no compitition in highschool and now in the big 10, JJ had to play against some of the best highschool football in the country, and still had better stats than prior, and now, he is playing agianst the best defences in the country in the SEC, so JJ gets my vote.
If you ever root for florida, you should probably go kill yourself, and thats if you root for anyteam that runs up the score on your team.

JJ starts and has an outstanding game.

LSU wins 31-14

Agreed and hope so,and the players decide to forget everything the Co-Def.Corrdinaters have told them and play the real LSU defensive.
quote:

3. No one respects Lee
In the first quarter or so before he got hurt none of the wide receviers or offensive linemen would talk to him. When Jefferson came in everyone rallied around him, communicated with him. At no time did Lee or Jefferson talk about what each other saw

Maybe because he is not good?
The players acually know they have some chance at winning with the better, more entergetic QB controlling the game.Have you not noticed you douche?

Who still thinks

Jarret Lee should start.Lee has the mechanics and potential to be great, but he may have the worst decision making of any LSU quarterback. He throws the ball for no reason,he tries to force things that aren't even there.JJ fits into crowtons offense better than any LSU QB.When ran correctly, crowtons spread is rediculous(Oregon 2 years ago).
Jarret Lee has the potential to be a great quarterback, but if you throw 4 ints. to 1 td in a game and you have more ints. than tds in your career thus far,you can not play.

He has all the mechanics to be great,he could be great, but he throws the ball into coverage for no reason at all.Les miles must know this.Jarret Lee should sit down and watch Jordan Jefferson play a while.JJ has more potential than lee and hatch combined. If you have ever seen JJ play,he is absolutely rediculous. He also is faster than the two,he fits into crowtons offense.
JJ is the fastest quarter back, its not the hard to pitch the ball, its all timing..JJ will play, hatch will not.

wait so JJ's redshirt is final??
SC's defense is really not that good, but that are offensive calls and play was herendous. We ran the most rediculous plays. Like a play action out of the gun on a 3rd and 10, what were we trying to accomplish on that.It really didn't seem that we were trying to move the ball.
