I've had jeep baws flashing their lights at me to move over when I'm going 83 in the left lane with 12 cars in front of me.
Interesting question. Compare him to Cyrus the great who lived 30 years and consolidated the Persian empire. It lasted a couple of hundred years. It’s possible. But like people said Conquering with an army built by your father and governing are 2 separate things so most likely he wasn’t as successful as Cyrus. Just playing odds.
I've been watching games but I have been wrapped up in the Ole Miss playoff run and transfer portal. What moves are we trying to make this window? Where is the best place to get transfer rumors and such?

He isn't bothering anyone. Who gives a shite? Dude just wants to get back home to play video games. Of all the shite out there, these people are the most harmless.

I know for a fact this isn’t correct

Actually, the issue was part of the agreement for NILGo was to create the CSC which would be given the power to govern and enforce NIL third party deals to ensure programs stayed within the Clearinghouse guidelines. Unfortunately, many of the schools have refused to sign. Many state legislations have also told schools not to sign it.

No that is for something in the future. An agreement across all schools that hasn’t come into play yet.

Expect this to be challenged with the quickness.

It has been in place 6 months and no challenge yet. :dunno:
This is why there is a QB shortage in the portal.
You making another Ole Miss thread? Who wouldn’t thunk that.

If you’re ever out near BR post a thread and we’ll have someone take you to the ops building and show you what all the trophies look like in person.

I would wager a lot you have never been inside a classroom at LSU, or any university for that matter.
Was it an egregious PI? Yes. He pulled him down and had hands inside his shoulder pad for 10 yards.

But

When you give up so many 3rd and longs throughout the game you can’t get upset about a Hail Mary where even if called it would be 1 play from the 20.

Should have gotten one of the many stops on the previous drive. Or tackled better in the 1st half on 3rd and 11.

I really don’t see any Ole Miss fans even arguing about this. But LSU fans are adamant but shouldn’t be called. Seems like bias.

I’m not arguing either way I have no idea about Glasscock and it sounds like it was just a legit question and open discussion. But blaming it on anyone finishing with one of your best seasons ever is pretty short sided.

When we spent 16 million on offense and 6 on defense with some big money spent on WR and TE that barely played when you had major holes at LB and S is a valid complaint. Looking at it from the outside and not understanding the details I get what you are saying. But us watching every week and following the last 12 months saw this play out.
The House settlement changed the game. July 1st started legal Rev Share with student athletes. So the number for SEC schools to spend on student athletes is around 24 Million spread across all athletics. Most schools are using the 75% (FB)/15% (MBB)/ 5% (WBB)/ 5% (everything else) split with some schools moving a few percentage points here and there.

So every school has Roughly $18 Million for football without the athletes doing anything else.

Now NIL has to be approved through the 3rd party screening called NIL go. These NIL will only approve market value for the player. So stroking a big check just to do it won’t be approved.

The reason this changes things is now everyone in the P4 conferences can keep their good players. If they really want someone they can up the ante to keep them. Previously it was the Wild Wild West. If you wanted to overpay someone 2 million dollars you just got a booster to write a check. That isn’t “allowed” anymore. It has to be able to get through NILGo which isn’t a sure thing at all. It is still pretty wild but not nearly as many big time elite players in the portal. You see this in the QB market.

Could school’s just blatantly cheat and see if the NCAA has enforcement power? I’m sure someone will try. But this isn’t like it has been the last few years. Definitely different.

Did he not leave for LSU two years ago?

Your right. Either Lane or Glasscock decided to spend twice as much on offense over defense and most on WR and TE. We were a Safety and LB short.

I don’t know which one to blame it on.
Ready to run through a brick wall.

Good thing they did away with the Colonel Reb mascot or they sure the frick wouldn't be "America's Team".

Wait til you hear about where LSU got the nickname "Tigers" from.

And all they can post about is Kiffin

Even with fans from other teams starting multiple threads about everyone being rebs tonight.
Most rant members agreeing

Still, it's Kiffin on their jilted minds

This is an LSU fans site where our coach left to go to y'all. We are in the semis. We are going to let you hear it. If you are scared go to church.

Weird question but pyramids for sure.

I think the main stream date of the pyramids is wrong. I think there was a vast Civilization in the Sahara when it was green. As the climate changed to desert, the people moved eastward towards the Nile. As it went completely desert we lost that ability slowly over time. The pyramids were the end of something not the beginning.
OM told them they could if they wanted too. Lane wanted them back in BR. Weis is coaching no matter what. I think KS is just keeping tabs of Lacy trying to recruit him still.

But PG is letting Lane fall on his own sword by making Lane pull back the offer that he is "allowing" the coaches to coach.

I believe that is another legal matter in its own.

That is what I have been saying. Any legal ruling dealing with issues pre House settlement are basically useless because it is a completely different rule set. Contracts are signed with schools not collectives.
