Kraken hang on to win over the Canes 2-1.

The cephalopods are currently a playoff team in the Pacific.

I think what the Kraken do… or don’t do… will be an interesting part of this year’s trade deadline story. They desperately need a single legitimate first line player. They have never had one on the team. Can they get one?

But the whole "who do you think was the better team" stuff is never a good look.

Exactly. I mean, it’s a good thing we actually play games, right?

What a ridiculous statement from one of the “faces” of the whole NHL.

But that was the annoying thing about the Canadian fans the whole time, crowing online about how we didn’t stand a chance against their lineup, etc. Surprised that even after the game he was still chewing that rat poison.
I remember watching it in my grandmother’s living room on her 19 inch console TV. The kind with the knobs you turned to change the channel.

Man… I would do anything to spend another day in her living room watching the Olympics. Time is brutal. But days like today last forever!
There’s not an awful lot I can say that hasn’t already been said… but I’m so proud of our country and the hockey team representing us.

What an achievement. And we all got to watch!
This is where someone like Clayton Keller could help you. He’s got a knack for finding the net in weird situations.
One more advantage for the USA… Canada will be scary at 3 on 3, but 5 on 5 isn’t really working. Maybe a change of scenery could help here?
Again… we have them where we want them. One goal away from winning it all. Take it!!
The intensity is really ramping up now. You can feel it!

Hopefully we win some hockey fans today for the sport!
This is actually right where you want to be. We are going into the third period even with the Canadians. Play a great 20 minutes and take it!
Canada thrives on the power play. This is their path to victory. Christ, man.
Good. But there was a lot of hype.

The Nazis held him up as a great general and inflated his reputation for the folks back home.

Again… not bad. Good. Just not the GOAT that some portray him as.
There it is. Finland played their role in Canada’s story today.

It will be up to the USA now… provided we can get there, of course.
Shiiiit. Freaking high stick with 2:25 left. That’s 2 whole minutes for Canada to find their GWG.
Finland played that last possession like they were defending a power play. Canada cycled the puck until they got the goal.

That was awesome!

I would do stuff like that myself if I had any talent, creativity, or initiative.
Just wait. There will be an addendum to the bill exempting Native American tribes from the hunting and fishing ban. Watch.

In the liberal point of view, the only thing better than an outright ban… is a selective ban. They won’t be able to resist it.
In the past, there were men and women who paid for our right to vote with their lives.

So we could have LEGITIMATE elections.

With every illegal vote cast their graves are spat upon.

When someone complains that it’s too much trouble to get ID to ensure a fair election for everyone, they embarrass themselves. I would actually respect them more if they just told me the truth: that they want to cheat with as few barriers to that as possible. We give far too much consideration to the criminals, communists, and charlatans among us when it comes to elections.
