Well, I being a Bama fan, I will say congrats on a good hire. He took our program the highest its been. They both have ties to LA as well which couldn't have hurt.

I agree that this is not payback for the Saban thing, but if it helps some feel better about it that so be it.

Can't wait to see what next year brings in the matchup!

As it may not matter to those in this thread, but the City of Orlando put in field turf after that Mud hole game last year. That will at least make the field a little more attractive...

I want to say congrats to LSU for a hard fought game. I was in attendance and wanted to say that except for one incident of beer being thrown after the game in my direction, the remaining TIGER fans were great, showed good sportmanship and made my experience more enjoyable.

What I'm also curious about is how many of the LSU fans that were on cloud nine yesterday after defeating us were the same ones that were claiming "Miles sux, he's got to go" earlier in the year? While I know that's not all here on the board, to them I say either get behind your team win or lose or go home. As yesterday points out, losses happen. I still support the TIDE.

Last I'll say I know it will be hard but you will need us to beat Auburn in order to make it to the SEC championship and mean more for your team. Good luck the rest of the way!

I attended the game yesterday with my father and father--in-law who both are TIGER fans. I had no bad experiences with any LSU fans at the game, the ones I encountered with were great. ALL TEAMS have their share of classless fans, I just tend to avoid them. Great game guys!

A little enthusiastic on the prediction? Seeing how the most points scored on us was VT at 24 and the most scored on us from the SEC being UK at 20. I do however agree that this will be a battle.

i believe there is a comfort inn in livingston, al off of i-59 which is about 40 miles south of t-town. i just don't know about the area...

just confirmed they do have rooms for 89 a nigh via comfort inn website...
