It’s just one party, but having two different “teams” makes it easier to divide the nation.

Vietnam book recommendations.

I am traveling to Vietnam next month and would like to read a couple of books before going, and on the plane. Anyone have some good recommendations?

We are starting in Hanoi and making the march down to Saigon over a 3 week period.
Ain’t it funny how after zero named storms in the gulf this year, our rates didn’t go down?

Is Shane Gillis the manager for Milwaukee?

Jay Z should buy. There is a recently open market for questionable parties.
The office market is just starting to stabilize with old office towers being converted or demolished. I expect this trend to continue. I am hoping, if enough QUALITY office conversions happen, downtowns will be revitalized in a very cool way.

Good morning sickos
I got one from the equipment manager (friend of a friend). They need to make them available for retail, very nice product.

I just got one in Houston, limited trim (blackout package), hybrid. We had to wait 3 months to purchase. When we were closing on the car in the dealership another sales person came up and asked if they can take pictures of it to show clients. The one we were buying was the only one on the lot.
My parents did the same, I’m the 9 years later.. then they did another 6 years later, then another 3 years later.

All unplanned.
It’s time to move on from the Christmas tree imho.
