I was listening to him on the real 9/11 when it happened and he was talking about dropping 10,000 Pitbulls on Iraq or Afghanistan to take care of business.

You must lift weights, track protein and hydrate. Once you have been tracking protein and calories daily for months, you can ween to the lowest dose for 6 months to a year and then maybe stop.
