Captain Kangaroo (Golding) will be fired in under two years. All we have to do is wait. Unless Ole Miss discovers a gold mine under the stadium, It is a certainty.

I feel this is a legendary moment.
They obviously don’t need any new taxes. They will do anything to avoid doing good old fashioned police work.
Standby for a phone call from the ticket office wanting donations. I got mine today.
The prices in St. George are increasing daily. In 5-10 years it will be unrecognizable. Apartments will be the only option, unless you’re very wealthy. Prarieville has maybe 15-20 years and it will be the same.

A pay cash and drive away.
How did so many people from Mississippi afford to travel to Arizona? I bet the majority drove.
People are forgetting that once they become W2 Employees like the NFL, they will Unionize. That brings the law of unintended consequences. Imagine a players strike for higher pay.
It is extremely hard to regulate Contractors. Contractors have many different rights that employees do not have. Contractors don’t have non compete in their contracts. Contractors can work multiple contracts at once.

They are currently 1099 contractors for the NIL part only. The NCAA wants them to be W2 Employees in the future, but this will probably not happen, because the players will Unionize.
They aren’t employees. They are barely held to the same standard as a contractor. Until they are employees, these contracts are civil and can’t stop contractors from refusing to meet the terms. There may or may not be a civil judgment, but that’s it. Contractors can’t be held to non compete clauses. They are 1099 Contractors only for the NIL part, this does not effect the student enrollment part.
I get the strong impression that his medical evaluation was a problem
