re: Hegseth putting the kibosh on 8A (DEI) contracts in the military. (Waste, fraud and abuse)
Posted by Delupe on 1/17/26 at 2:57 am to AaronDeTiger
Yep, need to stop those small businesses from waste, fraud, and abuse so there's more for the big guys to steal. Raytheon (now RTX) agreed to pay over $950 million in late 2024 to resolve multiple investigations involving contract fraud, bribery, and export control violations, including defrauding the U.S. government through defective pricing on defense contracts (like Patriot missiles) and bribing Qatari officials for business. This settlement involved False Claims Act violations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) breaches, and Arms Export Control Act (AECA) issues, leading to criminal charges and Deferred Prosecution Agreements (DPAs) for the company.

Agree, probably better to use the Navy or Air Force as an example.
NATO and the glaring fact that established Western democracies do not declare war, steal each other's territories/resources, or fight major battles against each have kept peace in Europe since 1945. Now we want to change that dynamic?
re: BREAKING: Trump hints US could 'pull out of NATO' over Greenland
Posted by Delupe on 1/16/26 at 5:40 pm to LetsGoBrandon
Annexation of a territory belonging to a sovereign country is against international law. Greenland is part of Denmark. The easiest way for the USA to obtain Greenland is through cession after Greenland declares independence from Denmark...Denmark has granted Greenland the right of self determination. After independence, the Greenlandic population would then have to vote to give up its newly won sovereignty in order for the USA Congress to have legal authority under the Territorial Clause of the Constitution to acquire Greenland. Taking Greenland by force would be tantamount to what Russia did annexing Crimea from Ukraine.
Only a crazy person would do something like that. Having lived on the border, most of the Mexican Nationals just want to work to support their family back home. Great workers. Btw, one thing I've never seen is a Mexican standing on a street corner looking for a free handout...too much pride. Wish some of our citizens had a similar work ethic.
Congrats...very few individuals understand the theological differences between the two religions regarding the path to redemption & salvation and God's new covenant with Gentiles which Judaism discounts.
Battleships are obsolete. Any midshipmen knows that. Hint...No new battleships have been built since World War II, with the last being the British HMS Vanguard in 1946.

2025 TX A&M Schedule plus GA, Vandy, OU...probably undefeated or 1 loss.
Arkansas 2025 Schedule: Mizzou, Texas, LSU, Tenn, TX A&M, Ole Miss, plus GA, Vandy, or OU as 9th team. At least two or three losses.

re: Why have black Democratic Socialists abandoned their Woke white counterparts?
Posted by Delupe on 1/11/26 at 4:26 pm to Bass Tiger
Because most gains in accessibility to social, economic, educational, political opportunities have been shown to disproportionately favor white women. Sorry, will probably get killed by the PC police, but the truth is the truth.
Dude, clean up the dangling modifier...your topic sounds weird.

Too funny. Was he high in Tabasco sauce or related to a guy named Joe?

Don't you wish Bama can forget the Indiana game? Unfortunately, many of your players, coaches, and fans will remain traumatized for years. On the bright side, perhaps you will qualify for PTSD along with the rest of the Bama slackers ravaging the state & federal coffers. Saw a combined LSU-Auburn study indicating several Bama fans have been easily triggered by the sight of roses, have been hiding under their beds at night begging the Hoosiers to stop its football bombing, and & yelling..."you our daddy". Thoughts and prayers.
re: Leavitt back in Arizona already after Miami

He will definitely miss spring practice and may not play in September.
Beat by 38pts in the playoffs last year and 34pts this year. Oregon football may want to see someone for PE.
Besides beating powerhouses ODU, Kennesaw St, and Indiana St, six of Indiana's nine victories in B10 play was against the bottom seven teams in the conference, of which only one, Penn St, had a winning record. After the Natty, Miami will wear the Gold and Indiana the Pyrite.
Does Indiana's dominance of three P5s and the B10 bottom elevate it to GOAT Status?

Being dominant against a bunch of patsies doesn't elevate you into the GOAT discussion. Let it rest.
That Nebraska team was something to behold.
Agree...the Old Dominion victory definitely sets them apart from the other 15-0 Natty teams.

You sound like a Detroit Lions fan...irrelevant for decades & everyone's homecoming game, then talk smack after you have a magical season or two. I know it's difficult, but learn to win with class.
