Lane Kiffin truly is a magician. The work he already has done at LSU is incredible.
This clip from Tommy Boy always pops up in my head when I see these players going on their four or fifth school..

Agree 100% And seeing how Lane has grown as a HC through his time at FAU then Ole Miss. Saban sensed Lane was at a moment where he could take over a program like LSU and build it into a monster for years to come.

I agree with you 100% All the best in Louisiana will have LSU #1 on their list if Lane gets the program going as I think he will. Me too with all the resources that LSU has combined with his ability to build an offense and team overall. Sky is the limit for what Lane can achieve at LSU.

I like your way of thinking. To have an offense that comes anywhere close to that 2019 offense would be heaven after watching this year's offense. No doubt he will have great coaches on the defensive staff especially after seeing the type of players he is capable of signing.

Goodness, that will be an embarrassment of riches it feels like. LK will be stacking elite talent in real quick order with more time. Every big time recruit in state and in the country will be looking at LSU.

Lane Kiffin and his staff did some job with this class overall. The amount of high end talent in this class is a great foundation to build upon.
Oh it certainly will be. Can only imagine the threads that will be created on this site during that time.
A great haul by LK and his staff. Can only imagine what he will do once the portal arrives in January.
Same here. I have gone from completely checked out on recruiting to now being on this site everyday reading through the threads. This will be the most locked in I have been on an LSU off season in years. After going through the BK years, we deserve this.
Nice to see Boutte flourishing with Drake Maye this season. Patriots got something special brewing up there.

Bingo, he wanted no parts of trying to get to know and embrace the culture and the people of BR. Exactly, that title was what was most important to him. That and getting his rounds of golf in.

Exactly right, you could always detect B.S when Kelly was speaking. I agree completely, a hungry coach who is going to move heaven and earth to get this program back to the mountaintop.
Can already sense Lane will fit into this program, university, and community like a glove. He will not be busy on the golf course or the beach, he actually will be recruiting kids like he already started last night.

Brian Kelly treated LSU like it was just another stop on his coaching career. Never got the feeling he understood how special LSU is nor de he care to try and find out. Just wanted to plug his systems in and plug players in. Kiffin feels authentic and real. He actually talks like a normal person, not a politician. If he can marry what he did at Ole Miss with what LSU offers, we could have a golden era on our hands.
Loved how honest, relaxed and at times funny Lane was in that press conference. Just feels like he gets and understands LSU and the power this football program has unlike BK.
