Woodward was being replaced regardless before the Kelly firing.
The governor got involved because of the large buyout and didn’t want taxpayer dollars used for that. I don’t blame him. Private donors paid off the buyout.

I think he wants 4 QB’s. There really are not any walk ons any more, with the 105. I doubt we would not award a scholarship to a kid if we are below the 105. So any current walk on we keep will probably have a scholarship. I understand we cannot have more than 105 players period.

Everyone now has 105 spots maximum, which can be all scholarship players. So unless they want to save money by having walk ons then there is no point. I guess they do.

His advantage of having 105 scholarships vs 85 made a difference. He has 45 players with fourth year playing experience. In other words its like having all seniors on his two deep.

He had a good freshman season at oklahoma while in the big 12. He got hurt in 24 and didn’t play. He wasn’t fully recovered in 25 and was not much of a factor i believe 100 yards receiving.
Good red zone WR if he can get fully healthy.

Players agents tell them what their teammates are making and new players (like Curne) are promised. Now the proverbial shite is hitting the fan.
Blame it on kiffin!!! He is doing it.
Lane probably knew this was going to blow up.

We need to get over those 5 star ratings.
Those are given by people who have not coached or played college football. They are just a tool for fun. Rivals ratings aren’t even laughable any more.
I remember one service gave a 4 star rating to a player that didn’t exist from a HS in Texas that didn’t exist.
