He reminds me of prime Nick Saban. Here at LSU and the first couple championships at Alabama. Hungry and never satisfied. Laser focused.
The only thing that's really different is he's more outwardly proud of his contemporary accomplishments and will talk $#!+ too. Saban bottled that up as part of the rat poison mindset.
Les never talked $#!+ and never really was process oriented. Just loved being goofy and was an incredible motivator and a good leader. Not so great at Xs ans Os and didn't know how to modernize once Briles etc came into cfb.

Yeah, some of these elite guys only care about the money and don't realize every game is a chance to develop. They assume the money will always be maximally available for them at every level. When its probably in their best interest to go to the best programs and play tough schedules and win games and make an impact. All programs aren't equal.
