didn't the airport official say in this morning's presser that flights were coming and going at the time?
I just listened to the ATC audio on the previous page and there was an allegient jet and another airliner taxiing to takeoff at the same time.

French military will and strategy has been in short supply since the end of WWI. There’s a reason they make jokes about the French military’s performances in WWII, French Indochina, and Algeria.
Maybe, but they’re still the best in Europe. And it’s obvious that Russia’s army is pretty awful.

On the private terminal how hard is that? I wouldn't doubt they could have the customs official come to your plane while it refuels. Those FBO terminals make paperwork a breeze, I'd assume it takes less time than refueling?
Canada can be pretty weird. You’re supposed to call ahead of time with your manifest and then call again when you land. Sometimes they’ll just let you in with the phone call, sometimes they’ll come out to the plane to see you and sometimes they’ll make you taxi to their office before you can go to the FBO.
As long as the jet has the range to make it from Bangor to Europe there’s no real reason to stop in Canada. The weather at the time of the accident wasn’t really all that bad. Not great but nothing that aircraft and crew shouldn’t have been able to handle.

The French would surrender to an aggressive Boy Scout troop.
They are easily the most powerful military in Europe

No I don’t think I will. I’m not saying that Europe is exceptionally strong militarily, but Russia is straight garbage water. France alone would wipe the floor with Russia. They don’t need our help. They’re just greedy and don’t want to pay for it because they know they’ll have to cut back on entitlements and social programs. NATO has been nothing more of a welfare program for Europe for at least 35 years.

With the help of the United States. You do realize that correct?
The initial attack on Kiev failed mostly due to Russian military incompetence than anything the US did. If they had taken Kiev in the first week this war would have been long over.

History says otherwise
Russia can’t even take on a corrupt backwater in Ukraine. The only real reason Europe wants to keep the US in NATO is so they can spend their money on entitlements instead of their armies.

Do private planes like this not go through de-icing?
If they want to pay for it. It’s not like there’s anyone there checking to make sure they do it though.
It doesn’t necessarily having to be an icing issue though. Could’ve been a rejected takeoff for a bunch of different reasons and the brakes didn’t work too well because of ice/snow/slush on the runway.
Or maybe the de-ice guy was cold and tired and forgot to de-ice one of the wings. So one wing was clean and the other iced up causing the airplane to roll.

Where do all these Spanish Americans live? I never seem to run into them.

Most Spanish folks I know are tougher on illegals than we are.
How many Spanish immigrants do you know?
The operation will end when all of the illegals have been deported. The amount of Americans who die is completely up to how many Americans want to violently resist law enforcement carrying out their sworn duties.
I was against Trump using the national guard to fight normal street crime in high crime areas but would 100% support him federalizing them to support ICE in deportation efforts in sanctuary cities.

don’t agree with that. Remove the judiciary role in the balance of powers and American government would turn into a tyranny of the majority. Terrible take.
What’s the difference between tyranny of the majority and an extremist judiciary?

That doesn’t inoculate us from the problem. If they pack SCOTUS now with X justices democrats, when they are in power, will respond by packing it with 2X+1.
So we can finally all agree that the judiciary is a joke and make it irrelevant.
quote:
The U.S. is divided into 94 federal judicial districts, each with its own district court and judges, covering specific states or parts of states.
Trump needs to pack all these districts with right wing extremist judges.
Just pack the USSC with right wing extremist now.
