Ok...I don't care for the panic...but the gap in housing prices and income over the last 4 decades has been an issue. Owning a house is part of The American Dream.
Throughout history every generation did everything they could to assure the following generation had a better life.
That is until the Boomers.
They bought homes for $12 with their high paid unskilled factory job and have an F you attitude for every generation after.
Most selfish generation in history.
Trump says he wants to drive home prices higher

The Fed increased the money supply by 40% during Covid which resulted in inflation going through the roof.
Young people graduating today are graduating into a world where home prices are already at an all time high, and Trump wants to drive those prices even higher so the old timers that bought homes for $12 in 1972 can continue to feel rich.
Congratulations to you old timers for living in the only era in history where you could drop out of high school, get a high paying factory job, and retire at 50 with a big fat pension because the company knew it was cheaper to offshore your unskilled job overseas.
You should be more humble because if you were graduating into todays world you would be stocking shelves at Wal-Mart and retirement would be a pipe dream
