Walking, stairs, etc. Keep active. Used to get on an old roller coaster, like the old Greased Lightning or such. Movement helps. Sitting on the couch suffering and you won't pass anything.

That's crazy. I know people who planted last week here, expect some poor results. But 18 degrees is ridiculous for seedlings.

Very much so. A Vance/Rubio ticket would be solid. It's the path of least resistance, aligns with historical precedent for VPs, and matches what Rubio has privately endorsed. That being said, I like Rubio over Vance, personally.

Thanks for condescending. I do see our "alliance" as a net gain, just calling Israel our "closest ally" is a stretch.

Explain how is Israel our ally. We send them $20 billion or so a year and they buy our weapons with it. What do they do for us? Besides AIPEC buying our politicians? Asking for a friend.

I hear ya. I cut my centipede last weekend, along with the clover and burrweeds starting their crap. With the rain, held off on weed and feed (I'll spread a bit of it next weekend, mostly so I can walk on my lawn). Fixing bald patches with overseeding in mid-late April. Should just switch to bermuda, centipede fragile. But wife likes the way centipede looks.
