Brother, nothing has increased your healthcare premiums in the last 2 to 3 decades than the obesity epidemic... its the number one cost driver in our entire healthcare system.

I never understand why this fact is seen as a dunk against GLP 1s??
"The drug stops working after you take it" yeah no shite. You know what else stops working if you stop doing it? Diet and exercise.

Get off your knees brother. Daddy Trump and his administration can be the best ever and still make mistakes/fire people. Why do you need to have the world exist at a kindergarten level. She got canned, and given a bullshite make-work job. So did Mike Walsh.

Do you really believe this is a legitimate reassignment and not a face saving firing?

Letlow can't lose Louisiana and Democrats aren't contesting it. Paxton could lose Texas. Would he be a big favorite, yes, but could he lose? yes.

Is it the high school concession stand behind home plate or the plastic grass?

re: Dems, is James Talarico's win good for the party?
Posted by JaysJohnson on 3/4/26 at 6:53 pm to Barkbowwow
In short yes.
He is far more competitive than Crockett who was not only a non starter in Texas but bad for the overall brand of the party.
He will force Republicans to spend money they would otherwise have for Maine North Carolina and Georgia.
But his chances? Still really low. Like 5% maybe. It would have to be an insanely blue environment for a Democrat to win Texas. The economy tanking or Iran becoming a huge dumpster fire.
Chances go up if its Paxton, but either way it'll be a huge uphill battle.
But all of that said, it was good for the party yes.
-A former Dem, no longer a member or big fan of the party.

Baseball is more prone to slumps than other sports.

Dude is a total snore fest. It's amazing he's been able to rise as far as he has in politics with such a terrible presentation.
Also what's the deal with his face? Basically both eyes swollen shut. Ugly sombitch.
Hope he smacks Cornyn around

Congrats on giving Talarico a free Month to fundraise and focus while Republicans spend millions on a primary in a ruby red state...

Wasn't born yet grandpa. But I can read and understand history and don't choke down talking points and propaganda like most of this board.

Benjamin Netanyahu has been desperately trying to coax an American President into this attack for 2 decades, and he finally succeeded.
Bush held off.
Obama wasn't close.
Trump 1.0 bombed Soleimani right at the end of his presidency. A huge win for BB.
Biden resisted.
And he was able to get Trump 2.0 to assist with the entire operation.
This is a neutral post as to the war itself, I can see both sides. I am not a isolationist by any means.
But America carrying out this attack is a 20 year Israeli project that has finally come to fruition.
A close runner up for biggest winner is Lady Graham. You know she's giddy.

Another poll I wasn't a part of. Crazy.
Not everything is a conspiracy lol. Some of you have brain worms.
Polls are done with an extremely small sample size. They're polling a statewide senate race in Texas right now with a sample size of 1200 people. That's approximately 0.006417% of the registered voters in the state.
And because you aren't in that number, you assume the polls are fake? Touch some grass.
Is polling perfect? No. Is polling as good as it used to be? also no. There are a bunch of variables that have made it a less reliable science.
Is polling easily manipulated or can it be unreliable based on who is doing it? Yes, even this is true. Build your conspiracy around this.
But the "I've never been called, therefore they aren't actually polling" objection to polling is the number one indicator that your IQ doesn't qualify for social security.
re: Why are we playing 4 games every weekend?

We used like 7 pitchers on the first 3 games. So 11 fresh arms were available for last night and need work early in the season.
Is McJay McJohnson the right man for the job?

Some of you fools are crying wolf because the best coach in college baseball has a team that's off to a cold start. (11-1 or 11-2 is how we define cold start around here)
Keep your pants on. This team is going to be just fine

Nobody wants to hear this, but almost all state senators and house members need huge pay increases.
You can't pay 20k for what has turned into essentially a full time job, and not expect to attract corruption/idiots to those jobs.
Like all things in life you get what you pay for, and we pay almost nothing.
