Which o/g company is leasing around Blanchard area? How much are the leases getting? Thanks!

Here's the deal. Family had an existing lease w/ a drilling company and we re-signed for $1k per acre in May. We have a favored nation, or Pugh clause in the new lease. Please explain how this clause will work. How do we find out if this drilling company leases land around us for more than $1K. I'm sure they won't tell us. ALso, what if other drilling companies offer neighboring landowners more than us. I'm sure we are out of luck, correct?
In your answer to Blanchard prospects, thank you TigerDog83 for your info. Do you have any idea what people are getting for their leases in Blanchard area?
Do any of you know anything about whether or not there is a good probablilty of gas up in Blanchard area? Please respond if you do. Thanks in advance.
