I'm on the ground over here in East Texas. Can't release any specifics of well names etc, but both XTO and CHK are leasing all they can. (thats not held by production) Also i can tell you that NW Panola County seems to have the shale with intense gas shows and cutting mud weights down from 13+ to 12.
