Re redefining the Haynesville Shale.I wish I could find out. I emailed Comm. Welsh on Jul 14 and again Jul 21 and still have not been given
an explation. It doesn't sound like it is a
good thing for hbp people. I think it is going
to take some more ( a lot more) emails or calls to get them to answer what is going on with this.

Anybody want to advise me on this. Louisiana
right to caputre on a volunteer unit. Now the
part I don't understand. I never signed a lease
because I was never asked and didn't have any
knowledge of this well until just recently. I
politely but firmly asked to be paid and they
advised me they didn't have to. The LA dnr said
they didn't either. Can this be right. Now it
is a small parcel of land but it is mine. And with the Haynesville Shale- what happens if they
drill another one (there is only one well in this
unit now -been there since 1985 and never drilled
another one) Can they just take it and never have
to pay. Any input would be appreciated.
