I quit about 3 years ago after dipping for 35.
My reason was just the cost of product and cost of health insurance as a tobacco user.
I just used the losanges for a week.
I'd tried several other times but never really wanted to quit.
Glad I quit because if I still dipped, cost of product and extra insurance would be costing me $4000 per year.
