Make sure some type of insurance provided safe driving technology is tied to the vehicle or the phone.

Let him know that you will deposit every dime of his discount into an interest bearing account that can ultimately be used by him as a down payment on a car.

Also let him know that the cost of traffic tickets will come out of this account.

Waymo vehicles can currently serve as chauffeurs. They have already partnered with Uber. In Austin you use Uber to ride Waymo.

Uber may not be going anywhere, just expanding their service.
