The Board of Governors is federal (that's the entity in DC where the renovations are taking place). The 12 Reserve Bank Districts are not part of the Federal government.

You won't get sick from that. I was drinking 2 handles of bourbon and 2 12-packs of IPAs a week for years and quit cold turkey with no ill effects. I managed to get alcoholic neuropathy so now my feet are permanently fricked up.
Quitting was the best thing I ever did. I just wish my nerves would repair themselves...
