I watched it last night. It wasn't a horrible movie but it seemed like a sermon on the evils of pollution and global warming. I'd rather watch the Discovery channel for something like that and not a movie that I was hoping would be a good thriller.

That was one of my favorite places to eat when I lived in South Louisiana. They had a rosemary chicken pasta that was wonderful! My husband loved the beers and their wine selection was good. I really miss eating there.

My credit union also required 20% so they sent me to a finance company that does FHA loans. It was only 3% and our interest rate was 5.85%. According to our loan officer, you don't have to be a first time home buyer any longer to qualify for it.
