And we're actually gonna try too since it's senior night and we want to be outright SEC champs.

This game is sandwiched between Arkansas and Kentucky, so I see us underperforming tonight. I would take the points.

Tonight is senior night in Gainesville and I can’t help but think that Denzel Aberdeen would have been our only player who spent all 4 years at UF had he stayed. Instead he will have his senior night in Lexington on Saturday facing his old team after spending 9 months at UK.

Nothing against UK, and UF has benefited greatly from transfers, but I don’t think that is what college athletics should be. The portal and NIL suck.

And GTF off my lawn while we’re at it.

Ah no, the comeback fell short. 13-10 final.

Actually got interesting at the end though.

Northeastern just put a pitcher in with a 27.00 ERA.

Now 13-10 on a wild pitch. Northeastern is starting to look concerned.

LSU may just come back and win this thing. 13-9 in the bottom 9th with 1 out and 2 aboard.

Maybe, but it's a long season, and one game isn't going to make or break a season. Baseball is a funny sport and pitching changes everything. They just need to get some of their guys going at the plate. They have only been cold for like a week.

Damn, that won't get any close calls to go your way.

It's embarrassing, but that's about it. It also might give Jay some ammo to light a fire under his players. It is easy to eat the rat poison when you have been winning as much as LSU has.

What happens if they lose a pitcher? It appears the midweek guys are not up to snuff.

Well you don't always throw your best non-weekend starter in a midweek game. It can be a time to try out some freshmen or other pitchers that they are thinking about working into the bullpen on the weekends.

LSU's pitching is good, their hitting has been horrible lately. This is a midweek game, so it doesn't matter, but you would like ot see some of your guys get going at the plate.

Why is LSU playing on a Monday?

LSU fans are the best at jinxing stuff.
So there is no irony in hiring a coach from your rival, who then hires quite possibly the best coach in the country for less money, when you could have hired him? Not even a small slice of irony there?

I think your fellow UGA fans would all disagree that Mike White was a home run hire for Georgia. You fail to see that you could have gone from bad to great, as if Georgia has limitations in basketball. I guess you didn't witness Indiana football these past 2 seasons either.

But hey if you say you are happy with the way things have turned out, and can't find any irony whatsoever in the situation, more power to you sir!

Such an odd thing for Florida fans to constantly be obsessed over. It worked out great for BOTH schools. We are doing great (compared to our norm) and Florida got even better too. Win win for everyone. Florida fans always pretend it's an insult though which is just really strange.

If you can't see the humor in Georgia hiring Mike White out of all the candidates that you could have hired, including Todd Golden, I don't know what to tell you. It wasn't a bad hire, but it also wasn't a great hire. You chose mediocre, and some of the Georgia fans were doing a victory lap for "stealing" him.

I'm not really big on stupid arse threads like this, but on the rant this is not an odd thing for rivals to make fun of each other. It's poor form imo, but not odd at all.

And no one knew anything about Golden yet. Well maybe a few people who knew him or listened to him, but he was far from the star of the coaching hires that year. Many thought Mike White was the better hire. But it turns out he was not.

Best college basketball hires of 2022

To sum it up, this is all we got right now because you have been kicking our arse badly in football for a while.
