Stretching and foam rolling are a waste of time. Go to a PT and get your glutes needled and start on exercises to strengthen your glutes.
6 months to a year full recovery. It’s a major surgery. 6 weeks out is still way too early.
Not sure what you want to know but it’s a big tank. Unless you have a huge family it will be fine.
I have a lot of Ryobi stuff and have have had good luck with most of it - but not the pressure washer round attachment. I’m on my second one because the first only lasted one use and then quit spinning properly. Brought it back for the second and it didn’t make it much longer. It just doesn’t hold up to the abuse and it’s going to take forever over those bricks. You would do better to just rent a good pressure washer and a heavier duty attachment like that once per year to hit all of that. Keep just the pressure washer you bought for touch ups during the year and smaller stuff.

You need a tile guy, the plumber, a granite/ countertop installer and a glass company. Get the tile guy or someone he recommends to demo. Get the plumber to update rough in as needed and install new tubs. Get the tile guy to install tile flooring and do the shower. Get the counter installer to install that. Get the glass guy to install the glass. Get the plumber to install fixtures.
You may also need a drywall guy depending damage done to that around tubs or shower.

I’ve subbed this out myself for one bathroom and saved thousands. Was pretty easy just having each guy come in as needed. I also just did another bathroom start to finish myself- took 6 weekends and some nights but I also had to dig into my slab to move plumbing to convert a shower to a tub. But I saved a lot of money because the plumbing would have cost thousands but it was only a few hundred besides the new tub.
Factor in that kids will be expensive. Tuition for my kids is basically another mortgage.
If you are really worried about it spray Concrobium on it then kilz and then paint.
Pretty trees in Folsom does. Not sure on pricing.
Your physical therapist would’ve the best person to ask since they know your current status.
I blacken trout all the time using prudhommes sp? Seafood Magic seasoning. Coat it good and drop it it super hot cast iron skillet with butter.

Usually put it on soft tacos. Delicious.

Yep. My dad ran an electric wire around the top of his to keep them out.
Depends on how it’s set up but should be about as easy as it gets. Lower water level to below the hoses/skimmer. Detach the current hoses on the old pump and attach to the new pump. Plug it in. May be more of a challenge if it’s set up with PVC piping vs hoses. I’d imagine you’re gonna pay someone $2-300 to do it for you.
1 Get recs from friends and family.
2 maybe the PT you went to wasn’t great but at 2 visits you didn’t give it enough of a chance either. You are always going to start off with more basic stuff to see how the back responds before doing more aggressive exs
3 you may benefit from someone that has traction devices if an MRI shows disc damage.
4 find someone that does dry needling to help release the spasms initially
5 PT isn’t cheap. A general course for what you have may be 6-8 weeks at 2-3 x a week to be effective. You have a medical provider guiding you. Insurance sucks so you are going to have to commit to paying for the care
It’s likely coming from your neck. Get that checked out.
I just started eating breakfast again a few months ago after going without for 2 years. Feel much better during the day and reduced the cravings for junk throughout the day and post lunch fatigue. Haven’t gained a single pound adding it back in.
Your premise that breakfast needs to be skipped is stupid. People can eat three meals- they just need to manage what/how much they eat.
Definitely not enough. You need a jack that swings up out of the way when on the truck.

Frozen Grands. I cook mine in a cast iron skillet in the oven with a thin layer of butter across the bottom. Game changer.
I use 1.5 cup flour to 1 cup oil and never had any clumping.

I never go to BB, just order most things on Amazon. But I had time so I stopped in yesterday and they had the monitor my kids wanted for $40 cheaper than what I was going to pay on Amazon. So I’m happy I saved $80 and will check in more often for electronics.
