me too! i think it would be awesome to get the co d situation straight before the bowl game. what a mess. the season is over, so shake it up
Les? Hopefully it is not you, Les. Hopefully Les is having a team meeting trying to inspire his team.
What I saw yesterday, really didn't make me that angry. I never have been, really, shocked and bewilderd, sometimes. Yesterday though, it really made me kind of sad. I felt sorry for them.
I am and will always be an LSU fan, but I don't have to always approve of everything that is done. You just keep on kicking back with Les while he and his pals run it in the ground and enjoy.
I have kept my mouth shut for years, but Les Miles is dumbass. I have said before, he is not very bright. The first years, I would brace myself everytime he would open his mouth to answer a reporter's question. I have not liked him since he blew it in the Tennessee game that was played on the Monday night after hurricane Rita. He was just hanging out on the side lines having a good ole time drinking water and laughing and then they came back and beat our arse. He has won because of all of the tremedous talent that he inherited and because of all of the leadership on the team. And let's not forget luck. Some of the bone head stunts he pulled last year...JHC! Luck! Half the time he did not even know how much time was on the clock. Yesterday, 8 minutes left and 2 scores behind, you go for it on 4th and 20? Pure genius!
Leave Byrd alone. Nobody is perfect and most of the things that were catchable, he caught. Les Miles has thrown him under the bus, because he can't fess up for all of his miserable failures as a coach.
Those boys are so done. They have had Lee pushed down their throat most of the season and have tried to pull it off, but how many times can they try to pull it together. They kind of perked up a little bit when Jefferson came in, and I think Jefferson did a good job for the most part, but how long can these kids endure running a third and nine play up the middle.
It is the coach's job to keep these kids on track and he and his staff have been terrible. I tell my 12 year old daughter to run off of the field in softball. There is NO WALKING in sports! You run! Those kids are completely uninspired! Their spirits are all but broken and I hold Les Miles completely responsible.
I will admit there have been times when I have been disappointed with Lee's play and hung my head in my hands, but never did I boo him. Maybe we should all scream and yell and cheer for them when they announce the players and we could drown out the boos. This is going to be on National television too and I don't want LSU to look bad. Everybody needs to get them fired up, just like we did for Alabama

do we not have so many bigger problems? i think we need to pick our battles at this point
y'all are going to have a great time. LSUmomma always gives great advice and i agree with everything she says. just to add, you might want to prepare her that there will be a wait. my kids which are close to the same age get a little impatient sometimes, but if you don't get there early enough you can't see. hopefully you won't be as crowded since they aren't playing a rival. also, go up as far as you can away from mike's cage toward the hill. if you don't go far enough up, the band turns to go in before you can really see them and you can't see the cheerleaders as well
Hey, I know a lot about football! I love it! Sounds like they got what they deserved, tho.I had to deal with some major gloating after the game. What is even worse is they are in-laws in the family and friends from town. I have kept my mouth shut for the past 5 years. Maybe I had a little smile on my face or giggled a little bit under my breath, but no more. Wait til next year!

Great story! We were sitting behind the team and had a great time too. We did not sit down the entire game and screamed and yelled for 4 hours. My husband went to MS State and even he was horse all of Sunday. It was a great game, but I am really sad we lost.
I thought the defense had their best game against Bama. I like the play calling of Crowton against Auburn. I think they should take more risks as they did then. I think there is talent, but as many have said, they are young and inexperienced. So, it seems to go better when they do the unexpected. The suprise element

He just seems like kind of a bone head to me. In interviews, he looks like a drunk pledge sitting on the floor of the frat house. Maybe it is because he is so young, but he just does not come across as being very bright. Sorry, but neither does Les Miles. I brace myself everytime he opens his mouth...and then put the 2 of them together. Ugh! I just don't know if he actually sees it. He gets the play and he only sticks to one plan. He says himself that he rushes things and does not take his time. Also, was I dreaming or when he overthrew into coverage in overtime, was Byrd open at the goal line?
