re: How many of you think

All I gotta say is that if we're to win this game - Jefferson, Williams, Scott, Toliver, Byrd, LaFell, Dickson, and company, are gonna have to SCORE SCORE SCORE SCORE.

I think they can. I think LSU will win and the score will be something like 48-42.

Then why should I have to pay for it?

I'm the one being an arse? How?

Sounds like everyone who has a story of getting kicked out deserved it except for the person that went to the 1st aid.

Who the F are you?

And if I reading it right you are a SuperAsshole for being an obnoxious arse to the season ticket holders around you

I don't really see what's obnoxious about watching a football game.

#1 is the easiest to explain...players were cramping before half time - emotionally and physically drained for the first (emotional) home game just like the crowd

Yeah, but if Les had been a little better at time management we would have cut a 24 point lead to 3 points - and won.
1) Tennessee '05. Blew a 21 point lead. Confounding.
2) Arkansas '08. Blew a 16 point lead. Confounding.
3) Kentucky '07 Blew a 13 point lead to lose in OT. Confounding.
4) Arkansas '07. Everything (we thought at the time at least) was on the line.
5) Auburn '06 - We were robbed!
6) Georgia '05 - By that much?
7,8,9,10,11) Florida 06, Ole Miss 08, Alabama 08, Georgia 08, Florida 08 - understandable. All these teams were just better than us. Ole Miss I think is a lot better than their record reflects.

The girls or the campuses?

. Lafell and Scott are long shots to go pro, as neither seems to dispaly all of the qualities needed in a first or secound round pick.

So there's only two rounds?

Over the next three years. What would the answer be. This is a theoretical question and I know that is not twelve games so just play along.

What if Saban went

0-3
0-8
0-6

Over the next three years? What would the answer be. This is a theoretical question and I know that is not twelve games so just play along.

I must say that I am very surprised to see Bama who lost yesterday by more points than USC has lost by in 7 years

I'm not at all surprised to see a USC fan who thinks point margins matter in the end.

For three years in a row, the Sugar Bowl will not have the SEC champion in it - and the SEC team will be playing a subpar opponent.

Under the old format, with fewer bowls the opponents would be better, and the 2007 NC would have been the Sugar Bowl itself.
I've been hoping JL would play well all season. 'cept for the Auburn game and the last 20 minutes of Troy State, I have yet to see it.

automatic bids are ridiculous.

Automatic bids are ridiculous for one reason - the Big East
That explains what Cincy gets 13 games - but why does Hawaii?

Outside of the SEC's top 2 the SEC has gone 3-9 vs other bcs conferences.

OK - so if you get rid of our two best teams, our OOC BCS record isn't so great. Wow, how suprising.

Let's see what happens if we take away the top two Pac 10 teams.

OOC BCS records of bottom 8 Pac 10 teams:
Oregon State 0-1
California 1-1
Arizona State 0-1
UCLA 1-0
Washington State 0-2
Washington 0-1
Stanford 0-0
Arizona 0-0

let's see, by my count, that's 2-6.

So

SHUT UP

Texas SOS is still stronger. They played OU and Texas Tech which are both rated higher than any of Florida's opponents. They also have Okie St which is better than UF's 2nd best win.

Yeah. But they didn't even make it to their conference championship.
quote:

I noticed the same thing. I was really surprised at how badly Bama fans outnumbered those from UF. Why can't LSU get those kinds of numbers when we go to ATL?

Last year we played UT - and Atlanta is real close to Knoxville plus there's a ton of UT fans that live in that northwest corner of Georgia.

quote:

Well most people here do, but 10 out of 12 SEC schools are closer to Atlanta than New Orleans, and there's fricking nothing in Mississippi that would be a middle ground for the south. The Big 12 has more big cities that are viable options.

Its hard to see how NO isn't a viable option. Hurricance season is way over by the SECCG, and if the Superdome is good enough for the Sugar Bowl its good enough for the SECCG. With the exception of Arky all SEC West schools are fairly close to NO.

Aren't a Bama and UGA losing their quarterbacks?

Isn't not having a quarterback a bad thing for a team?
