I had a flat on the side of the interstate many years ago. Front tire on driver's side. It was horrifying having to change it on the shoulder of the road. Semi trucks would come by hauling arse so fast it would rock the truck. And like OP said, very few even moved over. Easily the most traumatic experience I've had changing a flat tire.

Trump likely has saved America, or at least given we the people a chance to save it. But I believe we should follow the Constitution and it says only two terms. So it will be time to step aside and pass the torch to Vance or Rubio in 2028.

The NOLA Mafia no longer exists so not sure what deporting Sicilians in 2026 would prove. There are some who swear NOLA was safer when Marcello controlled things down there.

The overwhelming majority of row crop farms would not survive long-term without subsidies. Despite most on this board thinking all farmers are rich and it's free money being handed out, subsidies are usually all that stands between the farm and insolvency.

It used to be a lot different. I graduated high school in the 1980's. Not sure what my GPA was but wasn't high enough to be an honor grad. Then I graduated from college with a 3.0 and never really struggled with anything besides one statistics class.
