The right to kill came when she exercised her right to accelerate towards a LEO. She gave him the reason.

Boom!

If her intent was dead set on running over that agent, she should have floored it right after he creeped around the backside to go walk across the front of her vehicle.

I don’t think she had the thought of running him over until the wife screamed for her to “drive”
The cop you are set on vilifying was in front of her dummy. Did u forget what we are debating?

quote: quote: detained her later. When was that going to happen? Any time that they wanted. He had already circled her vehicle twice, taking a video of everything from her license plate to windshield registration information. it would’ve taken about 30 seconds to find her.

Waiting to detain her wasnt an option after she floored it with him 2 foot in front of her vehicle

His head shot was pretty quick and accurate

It sure was. That’s his training. Not shooting tires out.

Could you imagine the outrage if he shot the tires out causing her to lose control of the vehicle then running over 2 or 3 or her co-instigators killing them on the sidewalk?
You think he had time for another step? Like I said before the only reason he wast ran over is because her tires lost traction. He only got the one step because her wheels were point directly at him at first movement from reverse and then turning to the right as traction was regained. By then he had already fired his first shot through the windshield

So if someone is in the wrong, murder is justified. Got it !!!!

If the person that is wrong as in about to run over another person, then yes lethal force is lawful. You can call it “murder” to feel the void in your heart knowing you are wrong on this one.
I keep seeing this “shoot her tires out” argument. You think this is a James Bond movie or something?? You think he had time and/or the line of sight to shoot her tires out when he is about to be smashed in the split second she went from reverse to forward and he was just a couple of feet from her front bumper. From his cellphone footage can you see the tires when she is heading towards him?
He did actually step to the side, after he saw and heard the psycho gunning the car towards him. That could have been her trying to escape or run him over, both putting her in the wrong.

The only reason the agent wasn’t killed is because the Honda Pilot lost traction when she floored after shifting from reverse to drive. That gave him a split second to get out of the way and then make a terrific shot.

So when are we going to stop paying for people on food stamps to eat processed junk foods and sodas? We pay for this crap and then pay for the medical costs of obesity.

This is one of the most brilliant post I’ve read on this site. Bravo!!

Basketball Goal

Please tell me in his contract that the nonsense with the B-Ball goal is a no-go on the sidelines in DV. I’m all all for new blood and shaking things up for the kids, but that screams “irrelevant little brother” ideology. Leave that for the chumps who have never even won an outright conference division title.

What this will do is make it harder to grow hemp. The stuff you don’t smoke. People try and blame alcohol. Hemp isn’t the same as marijuana and I don’t know why it would affect alcohol. But it would the paper and cotton industries

You should sit this one out buddy

Why is this a good thing in your book? Just curious.

No. Lurked for years. Read lots of his post
Helped me too. My life has been completely changed for the better for the last 18 months being sober. Having an alcohol alternative that’s not gonna be available because these slime balls want to protect the alcohol industry is infuriating.

Abbott made the right decision here in Texas to veto Patrick’s ban on it was relieving. Didn’t think it would ever be threatened federally. Especially by the way of slipping it in under some spending bill. Absolute dog shite

That’s what’s crazy. Why is kratom never gone after by the nanny state government?

Also, the main reason I jumped in on this post is because the comment made by Stout about people faking knee and back pain. His Holy Than Thou attitude is so over the top

So far the ability to buy hemp products was a middle ground that turned out to be a blessing. Life is so much better without alcohol. That’s coming from someone who denied that for 40 years. I know that THC gets the stigma of being a gateway drug, but I’m not sure where I would be if I hadn’t discovered it. Definitely wouldn’t still be married ??

I’ve also had several friends and my wife try some of my “chronic waters” and they enjoyed them and definitely enjoyed the morning after not being hungover or craving for more, alas hair of the dog

Guess more people will have to get hooked on gas station meth for their alleged knee or back pain

That’s what’s interesting about it. The current laws right now are offering people a way to purchase THC products online through 3rd party tested company. Which is great for people like me who was losing his life to alcohol. But if they change it up, I would have to get some medical card to get the real stuff. But I don’t want to do that because I’m not in pain nor do I want want to have to go through all the hoops just to overpay for something that I could grow myself. Then the other options are go down to the corner store and pick up some Kratom or other crap or worst of all for me, a case of beer.

But you sit there and blame the reasoning of why it should be banned is people who are pretending to have knee or back pain
