RR's decision wasn't postponed, just a little late. He verbally committed to LSU; we're still waiting on the LOI.

I know... I keep flipping back to the LSUsports.net page....
1210 just announced RR to LSU!!
I don't think RR is the kind of player who would deliberately delay this announcement. With so many media outlets hovering around Bastrop the delay is no surprise to me.
