Caratini wanted a starting spot

Wasn’t just the money

As frustrating as Diaz can be, Caratini is never gonna out-produce him at the plate

Miller is the reason this sport struggles toget support down here

IQ approaching barely above life support

Dude jumps with both hands equidistant above his shoulders, when one hand easily deflects that pass

Nobody’s paying money for that kind of ignorance

A deal involving Paredes would have to knock my Sox off

I feel like he is a huge factor in any kind of run this year that could possibly be made.

They can give them Cocksuck and like it. Really don't care about that return as much.
My faith in the outcome is based on Miami's offense, specifically Beck.

They have been trying to beat themselves for weeks and play not to lose with a strong D, ala Saban prior to his '11 NC game

Beck is not going to be able to make plays against this Indiana D and Indiana will score with Mendoza

Also a factor is Miami injuries and depth due to them.

Yes

New title, same department

All of that will be sorted out after portal

Makes too much sense

But don’t you think this is something the organization would already be preparing players and fans to expect like the Tuve to LF offseason last year?

Well done. Can’t disagree with the logic, but I don’t see Correa moving over to the other side.

The sad part is that Walker actually ended up getting closer to his average production than we would have figured, but when the average MLB fastball is 95 mph and you can’t catch up to that anymore, it kinda limits your opportunities. LOL
Yes, it’s a paradigm shift due to NIL

The only kids that will get paid to develop are DL. Everyone else will get their experience elsewhere.

It is true that the SEC’s dominance in recruiting has worked against them. You can’t pay potential anymore.
Thx for the clarification

Makes sense
I can't disagree with any of his comments, but I fail to see how that translates all the way down to 23

I mean, I can easily temper my expectations to .500 ball, but 23rd out of 30?

Had many conversations with him between classes related to baseball history and the game in general.

Very likeable guy I wish I had kept in touch with. Heard he passed in a car accident in AZ.

That Lake Charles DB was/is in jail. Armed robbery in TN as I recall.

And his dad was on our staff last season up until recently when he accepted a job elsewhere.

But he's not in jail for the robbery in TN. He played FB after that.

He's in jail for killing his mom's boyfriend.

kid may get screwed and not play at lsu or UW

I would say playing at UW is definitely out.

Law has nothing if it doesn't have precedence, and in this case, we happen to have it

And that kid is playing tonight

This incident will either bring about needed changes or become commonplace.

Was it a “big moment in college football” when the same thing happened with Xavier Lucas this past season or is it just because it involves LSU and Lane?

This is the correct response to Thamel, which will be followed by crickets.

Was there somebody prior to Curt Flood? How can these supposedly educated men be so disingenuous?
The agent doesn’t have the luxury of knowing anything other than a person is purposely disobeying orders and in control of a machine that can kill him

He was obstructing it from leaving and it came forward rapidly toward him. He can’t afford to take the chance that this obviously ignorant person is gonna do anything that regards his safety.

Nothing will come of this because she’s a white woman but good lord that pig needs to fry over this

Say what?

What does the agent’s race and gender have to do with it?

Can you even see what your comment says about you, or was this an attempt at sarcasm?
Glad you posted that video

My exact thoughts when I saw this recent incident were just how “on guard” these agents have to be with all the craziness we see every day everywhere.

Like the 2 National Guardsmen in DC the other day.

I feel for the agent that has to reconcile their actions for the rest of their life b/c this obviously ignorant, oblivious individual took their actions today.

Hopefully this event will bring awareness to just how serious things can turn and how quick it can happen and becomes a necessary evil when enforcing our laws.

Loyola College Prep in Shreveport for those who said the same thing.

that’s one thing about recruiting rankings.

Iowa State was an 8-4 football team. but apparently transferring that whole team over is great.

Makes sense to me.

Much like taking 5 kids from 2 good 12-13 yo travel teams and forming a new team.

Obviously Campbell is bringing the best with him. The question becomes what can he keep on the roster and can he persuade others to fill in his gaps at positions of need
