Because meds do nothing for LPa, my doc put me on rosuvastatin to help bring LDL and ApoB down. LDL wasn’t very high and was in good ratio with HDL but because of the LPa number, she wanted to lower any risk of the two compounding.
By LPA, are you meaning LPa? Mine is sky high also (136 mg/dl) and from what I understand is hereditary. Sucks that you can't really do anything to lower this but good news is that there are trials being done for meds to help drop these numbers. Eli Lilly is running a trial that I tried to get in but minimum age was 40 so I missed it by a couple years.

This video was most definitely after the shooting. And it just adds more questions. As I asked, Hannity just asked the same thing about it not looking like he had a rifle when jumping off the roof.

Hope they do more than they did on the presser…
So the limp was from the rifle in his pants? How did he “blend in with the crowd” after jumping off the roof and heading to the wooded area to ditch the rifle while carrying the rifle? He couldn’t have it in his pants during that fall.

Infiniwell was used by a guy I know who tore his achillies while playing tennis. He claimed that PT said he was way ahead of most people's recovery after an injury and surgical repair like that.
Just read a comment on an Instagram post that Travis Mash is programming! :nana:

I’ve been taking 6mg in the morning and 6mg before bed for about a month now. I’ve noticed no difference, but I’m going to get bloodwork done in about 2 months and see how it’s going.
This has been my experience after having started on boron a couple of weeks ago. Blood work is coming up in May, so I'm eager to see where free T will be.
I'm going to hold off until the damn arctic blast passes through. May look at doing it the first week of February.

So I missed the fall window of getting a preemergent down in my yard. Of course, now it is filled with weeds. The one I'm most concerned with now is the abundance of stickers that I see. Is there anything that I can put down now to kill it before it blooms?
Makes sense. I was thinking g that it would be difficult to eat 12oz cooked twice a day.

Are you talking raw weight or cooked? I have been cooking up breast and weighing cooked. Been eating 6oz of cooked with 130g of rice for lunch and dinner.

What helped me with double unders was to just jump with no rope and tap my thighs twice while in the air. This starts to give you a rhythm and feel that you can translate to your wrist movement with the rope. It still took practice but I feel like that was the real gamechanger for me personally.

I have looked at Hokas but just have a hard time getting over that huge sole.

Lol as much as I have been wanting a pair of those, I don’t think this will be the best time to give them a try!

Will be bringing the family to Disney World in November. Wanting to get a new pair of tenny-kicks now to have them broken in by the trip. Do the bright minds of H&FB have any good recs?

pay close attention to naval measurement vs arms
What are you looking or here? Just that your naval measurement isn't increasing faster that arms? Or are we looking for a certain ratio?

I started this one mid August and really like it. 3 days of legs should help the transition to 5 days of legs.

This. Have used this method several times. It may look like it isn't cleaning while still wet, but the oil will disappear once dried.
