Google had this take. Seems close to me...

1 large Head Lettuce, rinsed and drained

3/4 cup Giardeniera (Italian Pickled Vegetable Salad), drained

1 1/2 to 2 cups Lump Crabmeat, picked thru for shells

1/2 cup Onion, chopped

1 cup Olive Oli

1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar

1/2 teaspoon Salt

2 cloves Garlic, minced

Break lettuce into bite sized pieces and combine with giardeniera, crabmeat and onions. Thoroughly mix oil, vinegar, salt and garlic. Pour over lettuce, giardeniera and crabmeat. Gently toss and serve.

Some sort Prion disease..
Seems no matter swing style/type, continued mat practice we likely result in some kind of pain or discomfort.

Simply from the mat bouncing the club or ball and its interaction together...
Thats certainly a thing. Basically tennis elbow from the unforgiving mat.
Given the number of mass shootings they've been involved with its likely a good plan
Certainly how they roll at my club...
One of the greenskeepers at BRCC has a german shorthair that spends his days chasing Geese that attempt to destroy the turf they work hard on...
