Say what you want, but all of it is very indicative of players that have been on steroids then got off. Always causes drop in performance and injuries.
I doubt you beat Ole Miss. Freeze > Gus, they return a LOT on defense and add a lot of really good players to contribute. quote: We will also win 1 out of UGA, LSU, A&M UGA - Maybe, I don't see it, that O is gonna be really good, can your D keep up? LSU - at Death Valley? Don't see it. A&M - Maybe if Jake Matthews, Mike Evans, and JFF all got suspended for the game...maybe. I had you having a good year last year, hell you should have. 8 win team with a lot returning? The ball was in your court, but Chizik fricked it up. It's gonna take another year or two for you guys to get back on track, in my opinion. [/quote]

First of all, saying Freeze is better than Gus is laughable.
Secondly, i agree it will take a year or 2 to get on track but 7-5 is not "on track". We will not have a losing season this year.
TN has not beat us since the 90's. Sometimes math gets even on you.
People predicting a losing season and only one SEC win for AU will be disappointed. We will beat both Miss teams. We will also win 1 out of UGA, LSU, A&M. I think we play TN as well. Good chance of winning that too. I know we were hot garbage last year but at most positions, talent was not our issue. I predict 3 SEC wins. 7-5.
8-5 after the bowl.
Gus actually has the ability to out-scheme and out-coach people.
Would somebody hook me up?

I hardly ever post but lurk a ton.

All Auburn. U can check my post history

Parkjas, Petrino was in Louisville in '03. That was the year of "Nallsminger". However, Chizik and Petrino bothe got to Auburn in '02 so you might just want to edit the year on the OP
No, not at all. He was a pretty average receiver in HS. Had bad hands but decent height and speed. Went to UT Chat on a BB scholly. Walked on the football team and broke every receiving record they had. Kid got bigger stronger and faster quick in college. He is plenty full of himself now though huh?
Played football my soph and junior year with Terrell Owens

I am lovin' all this Auburn hate.

All the haterz

thinking we are going on probation, we cheat, bla blah blah. Auburn has not even been mentioned 1 time in ANY conversation about ANY NCAA violation. Keep dreaming.
You guys are hilarious btw

"I 'm positive the last fumble on arky was the right call.

I'm positive the call on fannin's fumble was wrong.

I'm also positive there were multiple rapings of AU by bad calls against us like the P.I. on Washington and the holding on Ziemba that stopped a sure scoring drive.

bottom line, 22 points is a lot of points to win by....you guys got bitch slapped after talking shite all year = deal with it."

Good job native. Take note Warfarer

Warfarer quit being a douche and apologizing for winning. People can talk all the smack they want on this board, both of those fumble calls did not have enough to overturn them so screw you guys. We won by 22. Warfarer, go root for some other team if u wanna talk like that to try and be liked on this board. Nobody on here will respect you for that.

Geez, that was Goodfellas.
How can you confuse those 2 movies?

Thanks for the backhanded compliment. We had 150 more yards of offense than you. Take your medicine jerk. Both teams made plenty of mistakes. Both teams, however, did not give up 320 yards rushing-just yours.

AU is staring another 7-5 season in it's face, and MSU is looking at another 5-7 or 6-6 if they're lucky.

Gotta love the Hog fans talking trash. Mallett has not shown he can throw a consistent ball against any D-line that can get an inside push but u wanna talk trash about our quarterback's arm. At least he can make some plays with his feet. A good d-line will paralyze your offense every game because Mallett can't get the piano off his back
Homespun- I remember Florida's game against State last year being in doubt pretty late in the game last year. Plus, I think you guys have much better players, coaches and facilities than Miami-Ohio. Ya'll had what, 212 whopping yards of offense?
quote:

Well AU made their fair share of errors too that could of put the game away

Don't confuse anyone on here with facts. If anyone should know about being lucky to win in Starkville, it should be LSU after last year. Nobody ever remembers stuff like that though. Bama had like 230 yards offense against Tennessee at home last year, but Auburn, of course, is the only team to ever struggle against a team that they should beat easily.

No matter what, everyone on this site was gonna say we still suck. If we win by 50 then State sucking would be the reason. I will take a 3 point road win in the conference any week and be happy about it.

Since u guys have always handled us at home so well.
2008 was an anomaly brah. Not saying we win that game but not recognizing it as a possible loss for you guys- you are just kidding yourself.

Sure, the NCAA is coming to Auburn
You guys just make stuff up out of thin air. According to an SEC official huh Memphis. Exactly which official would that be?
You are still butthurt over Reed plus the fact that Robinson is coming to Auburn aren't you. Auburn must be cheating... ok.

re: Family day?

Posted by righty1975 on 5/28/10 at 8:42 am to
Robinson has been confirmed to BCW as of yesterday. Nobody has any allusions of getting him at Auburn but ya gotta try, right? He will have a good time at Auburn, but in the end, he will put on the purple tiger hat I think. I have heard somewhere that he wants to committ before the season starts. Or maybe I am thinking of another lineman.
When Gus leaves, Auburn will continue to run his offense. Buleed dat. He is teaching that offense to most of our offensive coaches. Trooper and Luper will both be excellent candidates to run the offense when Gus leaves which I think is still a couple of years away, maybe three. I guarantee Luper is not going anywhere until his son, who will most likely be a top 250 national recruit in 2 years, is done playing at Auburn. I feel pretty good about the offensive staff for the foreseeable future.

NY Times named us champs. Auburn does not claim it though. BTW, why in the world did you put this in this thread

Some reason i feel like Auburn will fizzle out when they run into teams with great pitching in the NCAA Tourney.

Yeah, because we did not just beat 2 of the best starters in the SEC this weekend.
Eigth what Beav? Auburn is 5th in standings.
I played high school football on team with Terrell Owens at Benjamin Russell High School.
He was #80 and I was #79. I have 2 team pictures sitting next to him. He played WR and I was OL but mostly bench . He did not catch well in HS, really did not start til his senior year. Little known fact: He went to UT Chattanooga on a basketball scholly as noone was offering him in football. Walked on the football team at UTC. He broke every receiving record they had. Somewhere between age 17 and 19 dude got much bigger and faster and just blew up.
