We are going to see Crowton on the sideline dressed like this for the Florida game:

I'm closing tomorrow.

Hello 8k!

Rejoice!

rejoice - verb. to feel joy or a great delight.

Tigers,

Right now LSU is in the best position possible. We are a lackluster 4-0 heading into tough SEC play, a gauntlet if you will, of Georgia, Florida, and Auburn.

You have to be with your team through the good and the bad. So far, we are 4-0, and I see nothing bad. This is quite an odd start to the season. Teams which have been recently bad are actually much improved - Washington, Vandy, and Mississippi State.

If I am an LSU football player or coach, all of this doubt and negativity is something that puts LSU back to the status of underdog. Remember before 2003 how different going to the games was... we hoped to win. We did not expect to win the big games... we hoped to win and we were proud when we won. It was more energetic. 2002, 2005, and 2007 were some of my more favorable years as a Tiger fan... I feel that same feeling returning right now.

I am looking forward to Georgia, and I feel like we can definitely win. I feel that we can actually have a chance of beating them convincingly. If we do, we return home to take on Florida in primetime.... energy... something to prove.

So, if being the underdog is not something that gets you motivated as an LSU Tiger, then this should do the trick:

I got stupid drunk for the 2007 (2006 season) Sugar Bowl. We got to our hotel early that morning, and it wasn't a real pretty day, so we just ate and drank all day long.

We got to our seats, which were first row behind the Notre Dame band.... wow.

I had to buy the game DVD, and everything seemed new to me when watching it.... (except the brutal outcome of the game)
HERE!

Renewing season tickets actually felt good this year.... didn't hesitate.

This is just the beginning. We are about to see some significant, long-term changes in LSU Basketball.

Twist: for the same benefit, in lieu of your old lady, would you let Breesus piiyb?

Yes....

...and I'd brag about it.

He posted some smack about LSU on a Tulane board and someone found it....

They running him out of town.
Call back and ask to speak to the manager... Just keep saying "unacceptable." Be very long winded and don't let him/her interrupt. Eventually, they will just want to get off of the phone with you and reduce your charge.

You're welcome.

Well, I got my rate lock 2 weeks ago. Think I can change this?

What you think about a 5.2?
He can't get motivated due to this weak home schedule. He will attend the Florida game and maybe Auburn... possibly Arkansas.

Lure him in with a steak and put a mild sedative in it... he'll be high as a giraffe's arse by the time he makes it to the stadium.

Problem solved...
I'm partial to white jerseys and black pants...
Steak and BJ's (it would have to for me to buy club tickets)

Nah, really... they're just rooms that are decorated in different themes. You can go in there and have access to better food to purchase. Also, have TV's and the new windows they recently installed in the corners of the dome.

It is convenient, but its a lot of "uppity" people that don't want to rub shoulders with the ruffians in the rest of the stadium (or they could just be people that are willing to pay a premium for some of the best views in the dome).
That $75 facility fee is a club charge... section 200-300 level sidelines and corners are "club." You have access to 4 club rooms and black leather seats.
I expect the crowd to be annoying as hell....

How many times will I hear the "3rd and Chavis.." ad nauseum?

Freaking spoiled asses... at least I sit with tolerable fans. SEZ represent.

re: Stadium seating question?

You are correct, in part.

North is restricted to the north.
East is restricted to the east.

West and south are free to move within one another. Once you're through the big entry gate on the west side, you can come and go as you please... just don't go back through the entry gate. Stay within the gate and you're good.

Best review in the thread, supa.

I finally got to see the film on Sunday. Probably my favorite part of all Tarantino films is the opening credits. "The Green Leaves of Summer" was great...

This film had a lot of typical style (although toned down), but so much more substance than I expected. Only in the final 30 minutes did I fully see "typical Tarantino" at work...

Surprisingly, Eli Roth was great as well, and I am sure he played more than just an acting part in this film (ideas, cinematography, effects).... He, Pitt, and Waltz were fantastic.

I wonder how QT feels this ranks among his films...

I bet most of these women look better today than they did in this photo.
I've always loved this scene....

Travolta doins the drugs... The music, driving screen, passing lights, closeups... perfect.

This is one of my "comfort shows."
1. Taxi Driver
2. Pulp Fiction
3. Magnolia
4. Rope
5. Schindler's List

The Rock?
Independence Day?
Armageddon?
True Lies?
T2?

Saving Private Ryan?
Braveheart?
The Fugitive?
Unforgiven?
Speed?
Jurassic Park?
Tombstone?
The Matrix?

The above bolded movies are the only ones I consider "action" movies. You gotta have guns and explosions.

I just think Face Off ruled... it did the genre justice.
