So I just finished watching part 1 of the premier and would like to get something straight (based on what I saw and what is previewed in the next episode). Dave, the ex-con, in his intro spiel mentions that he wants to use this as an opportunity to show that ex-cons can be reformed and he has changed, deserves a second chance, shouldn't be written off, etc. but by the second episode he's breaking into the safe to steal the groups' money?!?! Yep, you sure showed us.

I understand that Charlaine Harris has given Alan Ball any and all creative licenses for the show. The books are only meant to serve as a reference and not as the sole inspiration for the story lines, but there are so many other plots & subplots in the books that have barely been addressed or completely abandoned (on the show) that I personally felt were important to the growth of Sookie (and other characters) and allow for the story to progress from book to book (or season to season). I'm not sure how some things are going to be able to be tied back in and will be disappointed if they are not.

Maybe they ran out of time/budget to film the last few seconds of the episode because they had to pay Bret Michaels to be on there.
Sooner or later people in their own alliance are going to have to turn on each other and I just hope the loving couple (K/V) are too busy hashing it out with each other to pay attention to the competitions. They're both ridiculous!

Danielle's trying to plant seeds that at this point people are trying to keep Rachel around until the end because she'll only have 1 vote (Brendan) to win it.

I think Ella is one of the most attractive ones on there and for whatever reason "tiara girl" kept trying to make her out as the least attractive (after she got slammed in the back by every male contestant with an egg). Jealous much?
Gia was also good-looking but she's too nice to play in this game. Holly's also ok. Some of the rest are decent when dolled up but most are scary when au natural!

Melissa is definitely the crazy, stalker type. Did you see her shaking after Harrison announce Jackie was leaving because she was the vote to send her out? I nearly pissed my pants when she said she finally cleared her name after the crazy antics from her season gave her a bad reputation as being nuts...apparently that was 1 step forward and now it's 2 steps back. And she honestly wonders why she can't find the love that the other couples have. :confused:
