France, Germany and the UK are too far gone with demographics to not try and de-escalate it. The threat of domestic Islamic terrorist attacks is far too great.

The amount of homegrown terror attacks that would occur in London would be ridiculous. The UK, France and Germany are forced to sit this out due to their own immigration policies.

It is a legit concern, but there is only 1 country that would truly give us problems and that is China. Simply due to size.
If there are no sustainment campaigns going on the easiest way to maintain the IWC is to give away old equipment, so that the IWC can build new equipment.
