I did eccentric upper yesterday and still had to modify a lot!

How is everyones results coming? I am seeing significant 30 day results. I just hope the progress continues!
Is this just for soreness or will it help you become more limber?

I do have a beer gut, but it is my tight hamstrings stopping me. Not the gut!
I did isometrix yesterday as well. Still finding it hard to get myself into position to do the correct workout.

My hamstrings are insanely tight. Standing with legs locked, I can not touch my ankles.
I was hoping that during the transition, the weight would start to fall off!

Sorry, I thought you were doing P90X3. Transition week is week 4 of P90X3.
How was the transition week?
I am down about 5lbs. My wife hasnt lost any weight, but I can tell she has lost inches.

So you are on the transition week? How are the new exercises?
Tony calls out the moves too fast. I find myself just running in circles.
So who here has tried the "Beyonsification" moves? Don't lie!!
I did the challenge last night and really didnt bring it. I upped my numbers to 15 pushups 5 pullups and really struggled.

I did 10 and 5 last week and didnt have a problem. 10 was killing me last night.
my typical daily diet.

Breakfast:
1 cup coffee with creamer
egg white and ham rollup or turkey bacon

A.M. snack
Bananna

Lunch:
Meat with vegetable and limited carbs(today i have salsbury steak with rice and green beans)

afternoon snack:
Orange

Dinner: vegetable, salad and meat. try for no bread or grain carbs.
I cant figure out if I should be taking supplements. I am 6-1 225 and trying to lose weight. I am down 8lbs on week 2. Do yall recommend taking a protein supplement if I am still trying to lose?
Is it strange that GUMP JUMP PUSHUPS are my favorite exercise?
Are you doing doubles or mass?

I wonder if it would be better to bend the knee and raise the leg higher?

The last thing I want is to go through 90 days of this torture and not get results!!!

I need a hypnotist to trick me into liking healthier foods.
I am losing weight. lost 5 lbs in 4 days. my calorie intake had to have been 3500+ and now I am staying around 2000 per day.

I assumed that unhealthy calories were just as good as healthy calories as long as I stayed under 2000. -if that makes sense.
I really need to do better with my diet. I eat what my wife puts on the table. I have just cut back on the amount of food.

No fast food and healthier snacks.

I eat low calorie popcorn in the late evenings. Is this a bad idea?
I am a beer drinker also. I am trying my best to cut back some.

Weekends are rough. I like the fact that I started on a Sunday. This lets me have Saturday as my day off.

Speaking of that, do yall plan to rest or do dynamics on your day off?
I would recommend just biting the bullet and getting the P90X3.

Modify for the first 90 days as required and HOPEFULLY balance and flexibility will be restored.

I love the 30 minute time frame. Anyone can suffer through 30 minutes!
I am very out of shape as well. 6-1 225lbs.

I find that not having good flexibility and balance hinders me more than being out of shape.
