What bank or lender? I was quoted 3.00 for a 10 year-$2,600 in closing.
My son's girlfriend lives on Coliseum , between magazine and st. Charles. Has had no issues with safety. Believe it's called the "lower garden district". She works on Poydras.

re: Party for 150

Party at residence, Party scheduled for Jan 25, so patio dining is hit or miss. Tables for seating will be set up outside, by the bar. Inside seating is limited. I love the menu suggestions. We are trying to keep food costs down to $2100, liquor costs $1800.

Can you make suggestions for the menu. Want something "Cajun"- that you can eat standing up. More like a tailgate.

Check out trip advisor, I found some pretty good recommendations. Key in orange beach and expand to gulf shores.

Made the trip across the mighty Mississippi on Saturday, paid the $1 toll. Worth every cent. Bought three king cakes, finished off two of them before the afternoon was done. Thanks for the recommendation.

I drive 60 miles to SAMs- did 80% of Christmas shopping. Clothes shop almost exclusively- Calvin Klein, jeans, socks. Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent are worth the trip.
