We are 2 years removed from basically a 6-6 average this decade WTF do you expect? Saban has been here 3 years, and Urban has Florida on top of the CFB world.

I think its hilarious LSU and AU fans now live vicariously through Florida, because they can't take care of business themselves.

How does it feel to know that it only took Saban 1 year to dethrone your beloved Tigers from elite status of the SEC West?

Saban is the best recruiter in the nation, do you really think a "top" guy will go to Auburn over Bama at this stage in the game? Hell no. You can have all the Craig Sanders and Jeremy Richardsons...we'll do fine with Alfy Hill's and Keenan Allen's.

He can have all the middle of the road in-state kids he wants, it won't get him very far.

in recruiting...let's take a look.

Owens: We are taking 1 LB outside of Bolton and our staff likes Mosley better. Heck, even a player that committed to Clemson I think mentioned that Owens was turned down by Bama. Owens goes from committing to a school in a few days, and then on that day he pushes it back and wants to take more time. Seems to me he was turned down by Saban.

Jeremy Richardson: Alabama led all summer, until they quit talking to him. No offer...We brought in Keenan Allen (5-star) as our "bigger" WR. You can have JR.

Craig Sanders: I think we know Saban doesn't just quit talking to kids he wants, esp committed kids. Alfy Hill > Craig Sanders. He was butt hurt.

Jake Holland, Kenneth Carter, Justin Delaine and Jawara White: Never sniffed a UA offer...

Howard: No UA offer.

So lets not get ahead of ourselves..Saban will still get every single player he wants in-state, Chiz is no match to him on the recruting front.

Robby Green is more of a coverage situation guy as he usually comes in on 3rd down's and such. Not surprising he didn't see much action..As for Reamer, he isn't athletic enough to play. Thats just the cold hard truth. He is a very heady player, but just not really gifted athletically.

We shouldn't see much of him next week either.

Just clearing this up..

1. Steltz played in 3 games that year (according to lsusports.net). His RS did not get burned for 1 play or 1 meaningless blowout game. Thats a misconception. He played in 3 games, and wikipedia actually shows him playing in 4.

2. Daniels was burned in the SECCG...not a meaningless game. There is a difference.

Thankfully we did, or else we would still be in the cellar.

You clearly have not watched much of him...because thats his best, most accurate pass, the deep ball. He throws a better deep ball than anyone in the country, just ask McCoy and Bradford who he worked over at the passing camps this summer.

You forgot to mention we rushed for 176 on you in basically ONE HALF.

Last year we had like 150 yards on Florida, and our running game is much better this year.

Saw this posted on al.com...not sure if everyone here saw this but it is legit there were some posters that have used it before. Seems cheap, basically if we get to the BCS MNC you can get a ticket for 400 (275 face value+125 option premium) instead of 700-1000...

The 5,000 tickets are about to run out supposedly, which will make it a normal market like TX or Florida and the prices will be 200-250, etc.

Might want to get in now...by the time we play Florida they should be up.

I was talking about pre-injury. Yes...it did have to do with his coaches babying him. Every game they baby him in the passing game. If you are going to jump in and say something, make sure you read everything first.

Again, outside of Ole Miss and South Carolina he has been very good this year. Your opinion is built on speculation, nothing more nothing less. You want to crucify him for 2 games...do so. He was fine against UK and UT. Against UT he would have completed like 78% of his balls had it not been for the drops. He didn't have a TD pass, but that doesn't necessarily mean he did bad.
