The Gavin Belson and Peter Gregory characters were great

I don't remember liking Gavin as much the first go around as I do on the rewatch. The acting job I mean, he nailed that role. Too bad the Peter Gregory actor died; I would have loved to see where the show went if he had continued as a character.

Silicon Valley was fun for a bit, but the plot was stuck on repeat in a major way.

shite got old.

I'm in the middle of my first rewatch since Silicon Valley originally aired. The plot repeat isn't as bothersome on a rewatch when you're not waiting a week between episodes.

I had forgotten about a lot of funny scenes or missed them on the first go around because they were subtle.

I can't believe you've reeled in enough to go 4 pages when he's clearly joking :rotflmao:

You should teach a class in trolling. Well done here
That's a shitload of typing to tell us you've got yourself a major case of TDS

I don't event hink I'd consider Brightstar a steakhouse for Bama. It is definitey one of the more iconic restaurants in the state for its history, but I don't know anyone that would consider it a steakhouse in the traditional sense. You can get steak, sure, but probably has more seafood options than it does steak. It is just a southern style restaurant.

I like Diamond Jim's in Livingston; just a good country steakhouse

A functional autistic person is easily capable of doing this. I don't have a link (its been too many years, too long ago) but I think most of the kids who were in the "Trench Coat Mafia" and shot up Columbine were previously diagnosed with autism.

But we are losing for the forest for the trees, there must be some reason this was not acted upon, and I doubt it was simply "leave them alone, they are black", there must be something else going on here, I sense we are not getting the full story.

YoThose little shits probably have an IEP for some bullshite that prevents them from being expelled. Saw this over and over in expulsion appeals when I was board chair of charter school

My casually racist uncle got a glorious ban from Twitter way back before it was cool during the Ferguson riots.

Tweet went something like:

“It doesn’t make sense. The Asians are out here burning down their own neighborhoods.

Just kidding, it’s the blacks.”

Rest in peace, Unc.

I got banned for posting a video of the scene in Congo where the apes are going batshit crazy over the diamonds at the end of the movie in the comments under a Fergus riot video. They way they were jumping on cars really looked like that scene in Congo

I knew before opening this thread they were going to find a steak house in Memphis for Tennessee.

Ha, these lists usually have some place in Nashville even for BBQ and fried chicken.

They got that right.

I don’t think that poll would hold up to that level today.

Our Catholic church in Tennessee would probably be north of 60%.

I'm not Catholic, but I attend Mass every week with my wife and my two sons who are all baptized Catholic. I was baptized in a Presbyterian church in Alabama.
If that's how most of them think, that country deserves all it's getting

In a democracy, you're going to end up with a higher % of sociopaths running for representative roles due to the nature of elections and media. Normal people don't want to put up with that attention to get some artificial feeling of power.

Plus, many quality intelligent people make more money than representatives, so you're going to get a lot of people running for election who view going to DC to grift as their only way to make good money.

Not a whole lot out there when you search for Justice Roberts adopted children...

I wonder what kind of dirt the intelligence agencies have on Roberts?

Like it or not, "The Pope" is a political position.

It's always surprising to me when people disagree with this. Back in the day, it was second or third born sons from the most powerful families in Europe being named Pope. It's not so blatant as that today, but you don't get to the top of any big institution without being a politician and ruthless.
