Why should the NCAA pick this incident as an example? These sports writers act as if Demond Williams is the 1st player to ever do something like this as well as the NCAA bending of other “Rules & Bylaws” like granting Diego Pavia getting a 6th year of eligibility & Id bet every dollar Ive got that Chambliss is granted another year right after OM’s run ends tonight.

So Underwood turned down 6M over 4 yrs from LSU for 12M over 4 yrs from UM. Its a lot of money but not nearly the amount most seem to believe it to have been.

That was the conventional thought before the Portal Era but now I'm not sure there is a MUST have player or position in any recruiting class that’s an absolute must have. Not only can you get any position from the portal but the majority of the portal players have actually accomplished something in CFB.
