Is Magwood on the bench? Im at a banquet and can't watch
Point taken. I don't know how to post screenshots but he had some very unkind words for Coach Pearl on his Instagram. The kinds of things it's hard to cone back from
Not going into detail and im guessing a lot of you already know but I doubt we see any more of Magwood at Auburn. It is circle the wagons time. Hopefully Steven can pull it off
OT/OG from Stanford is currently on campus. He has starting experience at both positions

Why are you so sure of that?

Middle of the pack NIL and a HC with no proof of concept to get the benefit of the doubt. I don't blame Steven for this mess but this never should have been his 1st HCing job and I don't believe he has what it takes to turn this around.
For all the nonsense about this being a flawed roster and you can't blame Steven do some of you realize this is most likely the most talented roster he will ever coach. Let that sink in for a minute. Also one of the biggest aspects of coaching at this level is getting players to play together. We don't on either end of the court nor do we consistently play with effort. I've been an Auburn basketball fan since before the Barkley days and will continue to be regardless of who is court side but if you can't see where this is all going I don't know what to tell you. The sooner we end this forced experiment the better.

On what grounds is he applying for another year?

Info from N King

2020: Doesn’t count
2021: True freshman
2022: DNP
2023: RS freshman
2024: RS sophomore
2025: RS junior
2026: RS senior?

Dallas Walker is applying for another year of eligibility. I have no idea of his circumstances or the likelihood of him being granted an extra year but i would love to have him back

I don’t understand why we can’t offer an absolute BAG for the Colorado OT, Seaton.

We already signed our 2 starting OT's so we'd be paying 2 OT's starters $ and Seaton QB $. I don't think that's the way to go. I say spend that money on somebody who can sack the qb and find a serviceable OT to be backup on the L and R.

We just beat Arkansas by 20+. You don't do that with a bad roster. It's not the best roster but we have enough pieces to be able to compete with anyone. It's up to the coach to put those pieces together and get them to play hard as a team. He did that last night and I'll give him credit for it but if we had played with that same level of urgency in our first two conference games we'd be 3-0.
I need to see some guys who can rush the qb coming in and the rest of our portal signee's can be depth pieces. We lost a lot of production in that area and have not replace them with comparable talent. The freshman from last year will be improved but we still need more
Doesn't seem like CB is a position they're willing to overpay at and i kind of agree. A good pass rush can make average cbs look much better. It does confuse me a little how we let Amaris get away though. DE and edge should be priority positions I'd think
Was about to post the same thing. Solid pickup. Now we need an interior guy or two and a back up qb and the offense is close to set
Most SEC teams still follow the Saban model of building a team through recruiting and filling in the gaps with transfers. That ties up a lot of NIL funds on younger players that aren't ready to contribute. It's pretty telling that OM, Mizzou and Vandy have had relatively high points in their programs by not following that model.
Smack talk always goes up so at least they know their place

He's been here for 3-4 days and hasn't visited anywhere else. I'm surprised it hasn't already been done. Think it's just some contract verbage I believe.
I'll allow it. It's not said enough imo. frick LSU

Malik Blocton to LSU

Should we give him the Chaz Ramsey treatment for popping off on his way out the door? Partly kidding. Partly cereal
I haven't looked back to see if it was mentioned but Jovic injured his knee in the 1st half and wasn't even on the bench in the 2nd. no word on the severity yet but it feels like bad news is coming
And blindly assuming the roster will be better next season. Good bigs and guards aren't going to be lining up to play for SP.
