we usually alternated this and tuna sandwiches on fridays during lent, so it served the purpose...not something i've ever made for myself, but it wasn't bad...and you didn't refuse to eat whatever my mom fixed :lol:

not the pineapple rings, but when i was a kid, my mom would occasionally mix drained, crushed pineapple with cream cheese and make sandwiches with it...no idea how she came up with that, but it was actually pretty good :lol:

i've tried the "ten mushroom" brand because i'm not paying $45 for 30 servings of the ryze brand...they both contain instant coffee and mushroom powder...you get twice as many servings for less than half the price, and it has a pleasant flavor...almost chocolatey...i make a 6 oz serving, then add milk or almond milk and microwave it to reheat...the powder is much easier to mix in after it's reheated...

I follow jones falconry and smj falconry on youtube...I particularly like jones' videos of American kestrels hunting for European starlings, and smj's bird of the week videos...

this is not an "english" thing...i've received the same thing from restaurants i've dined at previously here in the u.s.
