re: Anyone else concerned about sleeper cells here in the US?

Islam is aiming to be the only religion in the world. They view itself the final, complete, and true religion.
They are aggressively targeting European nations like France (0.5% in 1985 to 7% in 2025) and the US (grew 52% between 2010 and 2020). Step by step, they are aiming for a world-wide religious takeover.
The support from the left is hypocritical (as usual) for supporting a religion that forces one theological idea in the land of freedom of religion. The infiltration of these individuals in the democratic party (i.e. Omar, Mandami) is dangerous because their simple minded supporters are brain-washed, thus inviting this dangerous movement to our country.

Agreed. You're spot on about day 2. After day 2, it was much easier. I could've gone longer as well, but i felt great after day 2. I lost 7 lbs, which I'm sure is mostly water weight. I will definitely start doing it 2-3 times/year.

Call DA office. Tell them that you will gladly pay it, but would like to avoid it going on your record. Every time that I have done that, they accepted the payment and reduced it to a non moving violation.

skip the bone broth
I did, in fact, skip the bone broth. After some more research, deciding to break it at 72 hours tonight. Have to work tomorrow morning and would rather have stomach problems (if any) tonight at home as opposed to work tomorrow.
May not be fasting to you…but it is for me
Extended Fasting Advice

Currently 24 hours into an 86 hour fast. Doing the Gary Brecka/Dana White method.
1st 24 hours....water/electrolytes, black coffee only
After 24 hours...bone broth twice/day along with the water/electrolyes and coffee
Any tips?

If you're in BR, Kleinpeter used to be the best. Haven't had it in a while, but that used to be some thick arse chocolate milk. So good

Anyone have any recommendations on good marinades or seasonings for chicken?
Lemon juice and little olive/avocado oil. Dont marinade for long with the lemon juice (1 hour or so). Seasoning wise...McCormick makes a Garlic, Herb, Black Pepper, and Sea Salt that is great on chicken and vegetables

Home Gym Recommendations

Converting my guest bedroom into a home gym. Room is 12 ft. x 13 ft with 9 ft ceilings.
Currently, the floor is carpeted. I am not really interested in ripping carpet up, so looking to lay interlocking rubber tiles over carpet. Anybody every successfully done this? If so, did you use anything to secure tiles?
As far as equipment goes, I have a Peloton bike. Will have a dumbells, a bench, and will add a power rack once I figure out layout and space. Interested in free weight rack or smith machine rack. Any input/ideas/suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!

This checks a lot of boxes...He's an alum, from Louisiana, great recruiter, and I believe that he overlapped with Lane a year at Bama. Could make sense.
