Boat manifests requesting approval? What are you talking about? The only restrictions i could see would be vessels working around the well or cleanup boats requesting other vessels to approach no closer than a certain distance so they can safely do their work.
Ex. It is pretty standard for vessels dragging seismic cable to request a substantial cpa from other vessels.

Try the recipe in Anthony Bourdain's "cookbook". He claims its not a cookbook, but it has recipes and it is entertaining. I followed his recipe for frites and mussels and had a wonderful meal.
Pizza village out of those three. Reminds me of Lazaro's in Nola. Ate at Alesi's today. Its good but not great.

That is such a load of bullshite. Are they stopping work vessels (unrelated to clean up) from transiting south pass? Did the cbs crew try and get out of the boat. Surely someone on here knows the capt of the boat that was stopped.
Did you catch the bartender's name? I used to go there a few times a month. I have a guess who it might have been.
