We have our own identity hence the Acadian flag.

Another one of those Lafayetteisms; people from that area think they have some special exclusive understanding and hold on the Acadians and their culture. They think they are the only Acadians in south Louisiana and are somehow the keepers of what is Louisiana, hence trying to claim the name of the entire state.

It’s so fricking stupid to call yourself “Louisiana” but to only have the Acadiana flag on your uniform and no Louisiana state

Lafayette has always had little brother syndrome, that will never change. They want to be LSU so bad and never will be...
So is this the new Tenn fan thing, create an alter, and try to come and declare catastrophe because the tigers have lost a wed game early in the season. I guess they have nothing else to do ....
Seriously, it was stupid and not how the book ended.
Loved this series except that last season, hope it turns out well.

This just sounds like interstellar?

It isn't. Its not going to be anywhere near as focused on hard science or as much philosophy

Definitely a bit more straightforward

This is correct. The only similarity is the sun dying. Everything else after that is pretty unique.

I want to go see this one in theaters. The book lis excellent.

Its a really good movie that made a bunch of money and was critically successful as well

Jurassic Park movie was trash compared to the book

Sphere was utter garbage compared to the book.

Each screen play fundamentally rewrote the premise of the original to fit a narrative.

Well, the problem with the movie is that it violated the spirit of the book. The whole point of the book is that he used science and reason to survive. The crew each had a strength that all of the working together was why he survived. It was the commander's decision to blow the hatch that saved his life, not the girl boss commander abandoning her post becuase she has zero trust in her crew. The entire suspense of that scene was not if they would get him back but how they would get him back. The movie blew it big time with having to make the girl boss commander save the day.

I haven't read the book but I honestly don't know anyone who has that didn't really like the story. I don't get that vibe at all from the trailers either.

The Martian was great. Artimis was terrible. Hail Mary is very good as well.

the Martian movie was trash compared to the book. You could say that abotu most adaptations, but what made it so bad was trying to make the commander of the movie the great hero by going out and getting Watney, when in the book she was one of a team that did it. The book's rescue was so much better and more suspenseful compared to the trash movie.

I expect they will trash Hail Mary too.
Think all our piolets and gunners made it. Apparently it was a blue on blue deal.
i saw the video of the jet falling out of the sky, it was in a flat spin. Looked like engines were firing too...

So you are saying its a good thing that people are leaving 3 months after your head coach takes over?

It seems that someone, after being fired from daily wire, has checked logic, reason and good sense at the door in exchange for sensationalism, exploitation and inuendo to get paid.

pneumatic is a pain in the arse........ go with the battery

pneumatic is great for reputative work, battery guns are really heavy. A small air compressor with 50 ft is not hard to deal with.
