There is only one way to develop players. You have to play them. Kid is a really good player.
He is even locating his fastball better. Last year he was pretty much a 1 pitch guy, really good to see him progress.
This is good for the Republican party. End up being a party of the middle and the extremest both left and right, democrats.
I handle New Orleans and BR for work. If you are talking about Uptown New Orleans I might take NO over BR but ALL of JP and most of NO suck to live in (a couple exceptions). There is no way I would live anywere in Metairie, Kenner or the WB besides maybe Old Metairie and most of NO is garbage. I'll take SBR or the Southdowns/100 oaks/Mid City area over most of the rest of NO. I can visit NO and take advantage of the restaurants on the weekends or when I am working.
Lafayette is cool but I haven't spent as much time there.

It's early and SEC play is 2 weeks away but, Will is getting his off speed pitches over for strikes which he struggled with hugely last year. Great work by him and the coaches because he looks very much improved. If he continues this in SEC play, lookout.

Flats fishing in Cuba is supposed to be unmatched. I'll take a direct flight out of BR to Havana, Roughly a 2 hour flight.

So far we do. Staffing is an issue bc some are leaving and the roads are closed so no new staff can replenish. Hoping the roads open up somewhat later today.
Flights and transportation to the airport are a major concern. Might be stuck to this weekend, supposed to be flying out today.

No hotels were hit here. The people next door to us here were saying they were not physically violent to either Mexicans or Americans/Canadians. The cartels were clearing all cars of people and drivers and moving the cars to intersections to block and burn. They were on an excursion and in the middle of it when it went down. A cab their friends was in was taken and burned.

I am here now and the Costco was never on fire. There were a couple of cars in the parking lot set on fire, not CostCo. You are able to walk around freely but nothing is open. Hotels are still suggesting staying on property. Our flight was canceled for today and the earliest return flights right now are Saturday. Hopefully that changes...

Local news has been silent, Mexican news is barley reporting it.
Haven't heard any gunshots but heard 2 or 3 of the car bombs this morning. Wasn't sure what they were at first...

Thanks man, It hasn't been horrible, we are about 3 miles from where the fires started this am. By this afternoon they had lit some closer to the resort but it seems like its dying down now. We can not leave the hotel and lots of the staff seem to be slowly leaving. It was tough to get food this afternoon. That is our biggest concern.
Hopefully flights will not be canceled tomorrow but we will see.
We are here in PV. Airport is still closed and all transportation is stopped. they were still starting fires right up to dusk, I really doubt the Airport opens tomorrow but fingers crossed. We are supposed to leave around 3.
