They tried to get us to test for downs when my kids were still en utero. The implication being that a parent would abort if the test came back positive. I felt a profound sense of disgust at what I was hearing from a room of supposed health care providers.

You should get out more. The city of Malibu sits basically at sea level. When according to her, the city inevitably gets washed away in very short time frame, the investment in her home will be virtually worthless. Unless of course she knows climate change is something only rubes believe in.
