Many restaurant's "proprietary" recipes are prepared in bulk by food manufacturers through NDA and are redistributed back to the restaurant by SYSCO, Ben E. Hill, etc.

Not sure if he's the owner, but saw it pulling into the Dan Heard Estate ("The Toy" house) off of Old Perkins Road near Santa Maria around 1:30 this afternoon.
