We’re still the regular season standard.

I don’t know a single Arkansas fan that would claim we’re a better program than Florida all time after 2025.

Prior to that it was close, after yall got your 3rd there was no debate.

Do I miss the pageantry and tradition of historic college sports? Yes.

But, if this is the inevitable direction of the sport and what it takes to compete, go all in.

Rolling back coverages. 6 piece defensive nugget substitutions. Save QBs, Win Better.

If we win, all cringe will be forgiven. If we lose it’ll feel 10x worse. But that was kind of the case anyway. Just more cringe.
Russia has some fantastic young talent, and legendary older players.

Comparing the team overall to Canada is disingenuous
Then the hospital stuff just happened for love of the game?
I wasn’t fully on board with the account until they did DeJuan Blaire a couple days ago

I love this story so much because we got the greatest nickname in sports history

He called Westbrook “triple double cocaine bear”

I guess nobody is ready to be hurt again. This is the least hyped baseball season I can remember. The roster appears to be loaded once again. Consensus preseason top 10.

Nah, it’s like this every year. After we start seeing highlights of the team at some sort of early tournament, we all get back in.

I’m ready for the pain again.
I would’ve laughed if your OP was pr0n

Never forget that time before the 2013 baseball season where Drewbie predicted something like a 26-4 SEC record and called it trolling

It was awesome during the year as the team disappointed where our fans went on to celebrate every series loss that we had but kept our ERA close to 2

I can’t imagine how many times Sao, Lat, FMB, and Pio would’ve been banned under modern hog board rules.

The record books are tainted. Sao would be the Tatum Jackson of TD Arkansas. TD mods used to laugh while they banned Sao from the OT.

He once started a thread on the OT titled “What’s the most you ever benched?” then changed the title 3 pages in to “What’s the biggest girl you ever banged?”.

On that note, anybody have any idea what happened to Pio? It’s been a year?

There is absolutely nothing disingenuous about having an average of 3.62 seconds to throw man

It is when your thread title says “he had the most time to throw”. The PFF measurement is the time to release, sack, or scramble past the line of scrimmage. That’s time until an action, but the name of it implies they have x amount of time to throw. It’s not, it means there was x amount of time before the QB did something to where a pass couldn’t happen in the future. It’s not an O-Line quality stat.

Caleb Williams last year and Cam Ward this year had the highest TTT in the regular season. Both O-lines were bad and the QBs didn’t play well either. Herbert wasn’t good, but implying that it was in spite of great O-line play is absolutely disingenuous.

You know who doesn’t use PFF’s TTT stat as a measure by itself to measure a QB? PFF.
quote:

You can’t blame the OL when that happens

I’m not. I’m either blaming the OC or giving the Pats D tremendous credit. Given Chargers players were saying they were doing things they never showed on film, that means the answer is likely “both”. The Chargers got out coached and out played.

High TTT in a vacuum doesn’t mean an O-Line played well or poorly.

ETA:

PFF has the pressure rate on Herbert that game at 57% (!!!!!!!!)
That’s a bit (by a bit I mean a lot) disingenuous.

The Chargers has almost no short routes schemed up to get the ball out of his hands quickly.

I don’t know if it’s OC incompetence or the Pats D just took it away completely from their original look. But that chart tells you very little about OL play.
I have nothing to add to this, except for one data point:

Never forget when UH started a “Fire Dave Van Horn” thread in the middle of the 2012 season.

We later went on to make the CWS semi-finals that year.
